Negative: Limitations in pulling report secondly need to have more variety of report pulling concepts and user friendly.

Negative: Currently it is available only for Windows and MAC OS. We are waiting for other OS like Ubuntu, Linux and mobile platform.

Yes, I surely recommend this product to the companies. If you want to use this product and integrate into your own application this is possible and they provide you end to end support. This helps to capture the complete data of a user that they are spending time on.

Negative: We have not gone through any downfalls so far. We like this product.

We have been able to save a considerable amount of NVAs due to ProHance usage. Highly recommended.

Positive: - Dashboards are really user-friendly. Multiple views bring a lot of business intelligence in the data

- Wizards are easy to use. You can add most frequently used graphs on home page and easily customize

- Support provided by backend team is really awesome. Team manages SLAs as well as give support on using the product whenever required.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of. All the support provided is really praiseworthy.

Summary: Moved to work from home culture last year due to covid. Needed an app to trace team productivity and availability. That was delivered by ProHance.
