    Issues with posting to TikTok

    Summary: Overall, I enjoy using Postly. It can be pretty reliable if I’m in a rush, and need to get things published efficiently, but I really would like to see the TikTok approval issue that I described above fixed. Once that is fixed, I feel like there are no other big issues or problems with your platform that I encounter. Thank you.

    Positive: I have enjoyed using this platform to post to all the various social media that Bonsai uses and Postly really does make the job easier at times when I am in a rush and I need to get things published and scheduled.

    Negative: The main issue that I have been dealing with for the past month on Postly is posting to TikTok. I am aware that when you’re posting to TikTok, you must approve the post on TikTok before it is officially published.

    Even though I follow all the right steps during the process, there have been many videos that I have tried to upload to TikTok through Postly that disappear and never show up on TikTok for me to approve them. This has been frustrating and has delayed my work to some degree so it would be great if this issue can be fixed in the future.

    My Experience with Postly

    Summary: I will continue to use Postly to see that the software is working properly. Sometimes it may post to each of the platforms I have it set to post to.

    Positive: I have been using Postly and like it, for the most part. I like that it is supposed to post to all of the social media platforms that I use. I like the ease that it has for posting to multiple sites. I love the AI for hashtags.

    Negative: I do not like some of the limitations Postly has. When I post directly to Google My Business, I can post up to 10 photos with it. If I use Postly to post it only allows me to post 1 photo. It is supposed to be posting to Twitter for me, but I have not seen the posts in my twitter feed. There are also issues with Pinterest. There are major issues with Linked in. It will not connect. There was an update and since then it will not make a connection to LinkedIn.

    Hi, Apologies. Google Business Profile allows only 1 image post via the API (unlike via the native platform). We have (and constantly do make updates) made updates to the platforms listed and I can assure you of a smoother experience. Thanks for trusting Postly

    Postly is Very Good, needs a little tweaking

    Summary: Postly has a lot to offer for an affordable price. I am sure their TECH Team will work-out the few issues I have in the coming months. It is a good investment for business owners!

    Positive: Postly does make posting to social media and blogs quite a bit easier and fast. I have set up all my accounts and use Postly weekly to send info.

    I also enjoy the suggestions for hashtags as well as using AI for blog and article ideas and so much more.

    Negative: I would like to see some improvements when attaching a video. For example, my text is sent to my Wordpress Blog, but not the attached video. Also, I am having difficulty posting to my TikTok account.

    Hi, We have implemented a Video upload checker (it checks video formats and compliance across the platforms) just like we implemented for Image upload checker.     Lifetime deal makes it worth it

    Summary: I would recommend this product. Whether you manage 1 or 20 accounts it is a convenient tool to manage all your social media needs.

    Positive: I got this product utilizing a lifetime deal. It simplifies all my social media needs. It’s nice being able to connect all my accounts in one space.

    Negative: Sometimes there are errors when posting customer service is very responsive in managing the issue.
