    Summary: Helped my agency increase conversions and save money. can't ask for much more than that

    Positive: Before phonewagon we really had no idea how to figure out our cost per lead when it came to our calling. Their reporting allowed me to tease out really neat insights like how long it took our firm to respond to leads and how many calls we were missing on a daily basis. we thought we were getting this kind of info from our phone provider but the way phonewagon presented the data was the difference maker.

    Negative: while im a big fan of the reports I would like more robust ways of exportind data so that I can play aroudn with it more effectively on my end. Sometimes for the deepst of dives I like to work in excel and I enjoy it when providers give me everything and everythign possibe. I'd love it if they opened that up a bit more.

    Summary: Overall it’s ok if you want to risk an unforeseen future for a company. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

    Positive: Started using it and it has a clean interface that is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate.

    Negative: I didn’t keep it for very long as the founders seemed unsure of their future.
