Positive: The system provided us with ample opportunities to manage our client base, schedule patient appointments, and create an effective schedule for doctors. We especially highlight the ease of working with electronic medical records and the functionality for maintaining medical statistics. The positives also include excellent support from the Perfectum team.
Negative: We note that the system may be a little difficult to use at first and requires time to train staff. However, Perfectum CRM has become a reliable tool that increases the efficiency of our medical clinic.

Summary: Perfectum is an excellent partner for efficient management of trading processes. The trade management functionality allows us to easily track all stages of sales - from placing an order to shipping the goods. Integration with warehouse accounting and supply management systems has made the entire process more automated and efficient.
Positive: Trade management functionality, the ability to automate procurement processes and order generation. New levels of inventory control, accurate supply planning and sales performance monitoring have all given us an edge in the market.
Negative: However, it is worth noting that it would be useful to expand the analytics functionality for a more detailed analysis of trading operations.
