Summary: We have been very happy with Paubox and have been using it as early adopters. I recommend it to other mental health providers looking for a quality way to encrypt incoming and outgoing emails.

Positive: It is very seamless to incorporate the features of Paubox into our pre-existing Google Workspace account.

Negative: The quarantine feature has been a bit difficult to access at times since it requires a different login. The cost is a bit high for our micro business, but the importance that it offers is ultimately worth it.

Summary: Overall I am very happy with this product. It works in the background and I never had to learn anything new to make it work.

Positive: Easy to set up and seamless integration into our workflow. It’s a set-up-and-forget product that makes it easy for us to use.

Negative: No cons everything works great. I am very happy with how easy it was to get going and use.

Summary: Paubox integrates with Microsoft 365 (and others, but we use Microsoft 365) to ensure that all email messages for licensed mailboxes are sent with encryption.

We used a few different email encryption services before settling on Paubox, and this is about as easy as it can get.

Internal users sending email do not need to make decisions about whether or not to encrypt an email. Recipient users do not need to deal with portals and passcodes to access encrypted email – unless they're using an email service that does not support encryption in transit. IT doesn't need to deal with setting up email connectors with partner organizations.

We've also used the Paubox API for encrypting email sent from web applications, and it works with similar ease. I can't speak to the inbound-related products.

The quick setup, competitive pricing, and excellent support make Paubox a no-brainer for small to medium-sized businesses to get encrypted communication off the ground quickly.

Positive: - This is about as easy as an encrypted email can get.
- Basically no end-user training requirements.
- The emphasis on HIPAA compliance is great for medical providers and healthcare vendors.

Negative: - Lack of advanced customization and logging capabilities in the administrative portals.

Summary: Customer service has been great and the setup process was extremely easy. I am very happy with the product.

Positive: Ease of use and setup. We are a healthcare company and were looking for a product to meet all the HIPAA requirements as well as something that was user-friendly for the staff. This covered it all!

Negative: Nothing I can think of - it has been great so far.

Summary: My overall experience with Paubox was fantastic! The product, service, and professionalism they provide are second to no one.

Positive: I really like Paubox's quick response time. I can send out a support ticket to them and in a matter of minutes, they are working on a response to either clarify the problem or provide a solution. In the end, the solution is provided.

Negative: The only "con" is on my end. Paubox had to wait on me because I had to keep seeing patients. But, in the end, my problem still got fixed. Thanks for your patience Paubox!

Summary: Excellent. Paubox gave clear instructions on how to set it up. I've never had any issues with emails, and they renewed automatically so I didn't have to do anything to continue the service.

Positive: No need for someone to log in to a server to retrieve my message - it is seamless from end to end. This is important to me because I want to be sure my emails are read, and with other products, I had a lot of unopened emails due to the hassle.

The secure upload is perfect for receiving sensitive documents compliantly.

Negative: Nothing, it's great. I can't think of anything they have left out.

Summary: A comprehensive security suite that is very secure & easy to use for both our users and clients! We would not be able to function on a daily basis without Paubox. We work in the real estate space and interface with “other” security products that vendors and partners use and the user experience and ease of use is awful compared to Paubox. Paubox makes secure communication with our clients easy, simple, and stress-free.

Positive: Paubox ease of use and excellent offering of features make it the best-in-class security solution.

Negative: Nothing! All areas have been great from implementation to support to UI/UX

Summary: Easy to setup, even had support from Paubox readily available to assist as needed. Great pricing for secure email that doesn't require the end users to jump through hoops to use.

Positive: Setting up the initial configuration took no more than 10 minutes. Easy to navigate dashboard lets me quickly verify all traffic is flowing as needed. Great price for our use case, nobody else comes close.

Negative: The plans jump from $30 a month for 10 users to $110 a month for 11 users.
A more graduated step up in pricing for users would be nice instead of this huge leap.

Summary: Overall, I'm very happy and I'll be happier when my website is running without messing with my email security.

Positive: I feel so much better having a secure email with the type of work that I do. It's been easy to set up and easy to use. The secure forms upload has worked great. I like the little logo at the bottom that tells clients, no one else is seeing our email.

Negative: This may not be a Paubox con:
I'm having trouble linking my website to my domain name and when I do, it starts to mess with my MX records and Paubox configuration, which is perfect, separately. I haven't figured out how to fix it yet and it may not have anything to do with Paubox. And, in all fairness, I haven't spoken to Paubox about this yet...only the website people and the domain people. This part of the review is a snapshot in time and doesn't represent what the outcome will be.

Summary: From the very start, Paubox has done what we've desired. The sales team didn't stress any kind of hard sell. The staff was quick to respond and the service does what we desired.

Positive: Easy to set up, easy to maintain. Support has always been stellar. I'd definitely recommend it to others seeking such cybersecurity improvements.

Negative: Can't say there are any cons. No issues have occurred at any time.

Summary: Absolutely worth it, saved the cost of having to set up a fancy secure mail service and go back and forth with clients.

Positive: Paubox end-to-end encryption for Email is seamless and gives those with HIPAA compliant Emails peace of mind. The price is fair and the service and responsiveness is excellent. Set up takes a few minutes, but you're good to go, and it is impressive. The HITRUST CSF certified logo at the bottom is a great reassurance to your customers/clients that their information is confidential and transmitted in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

Negative: A bit involved to get it set up, but good instructions.

Summary: I purchased Paubox as another layer of protection for emailing other physicians and patients. I already had a Google Business BAA agreement; however, Paubox adds more peace of mind when emailing HIPAA-related information.

Positive: The seamless ease of use and ability for Paubox to integrate directly with my Business Gmail account is great. Paubox was also very easy to set up with my staff's emails, making all of our outgoing emails from the office complaint.

Negative: I have not had any issues, from setting up to daily emailing, Paubox has made it easy.

Summary: Overall, I’m very glad I have Paubox. I have had it for about 8 months and will continue to have it for as long as I need. Thank you!

Positive: In terms of pros, Paubox was easy to set up. I’m not very computer literate and felt it was going to be difficult. Once I began and had amazing tech support, I was relieved by the ease of it all. I was walked through the steps and it was quick as well. Once it was set up, that was it, and no worries!

Negative: Price was a bit of an issue for me but after doing research, it turns out Paubox is competitively priced and has continuing support which makes it worth it.

Summary: I am very satisfied with this product! Fellow therapists ask for recommendations on my listserv, and I would definitely recommend Paubox to them.

Positive: I love the stamp at the bottom when it sends out emails to reassure clients. Once set up, there’s nothing else you need to do. Customer service was so responsive and helpful when I had a glitch I couldn’t figure out during setup.

Negative: I couldn’t figure out some of the steps I needed to take to set it up.

Summary: I would recommend this program to anyone who needs seamless encryption. The program functions in the background and keeps you informed with regular reporting.

Positive: Never have an issue, never have to give the program a second thought, and works seamlessly. Seems to work with all Microsoft Exchange accounts

Negative: Did not work with all email account types, for example.
