    Summary: I do not recommend this service. Avoid, avoid, avoid, completely not a good value despite the low cost.

    Positive: Nothing, honestly. They are relatively cheap I guess, but you pay in wasted time, lost data, and egregious billing errors.

    Negative: Patmos double-billed me for service and fought issuing a refund, lost all of the data on my VMs, support is unhelpful and slow to respond, the user portal site is broken. I really have nothing good to say about Patmos.
