    Summary: Other than that is is a great app that I think really improves organisation skills in an office or accommodation environment!

    Positive: Before parcel tracker there were multiple parcels left in the office, with people not knowing what they look like or if they have came, since I live in communal accommodation. Being a student ambassador, I have to give out and monitor parcels and parcel tracker makes this easy and simple!

    Negative: Sometimes the app lags and takes a while to load names as well as sometimes not scanning the QR code properly.

    Great idea and system but can improve on execution

    Summary: Overall the system is easy to use and answer the needs of package management. Fixing the few quirks will definitely make the experience better.

    Positive: The idea of having an app on the phone that enables you to log in the packages is very convenient. The interface is easy to use and user friendly.

    Negative: However, the two main issues were that the number of packages delivered won’t update automatically . Every time a different staff member accepted a package not all users were updated. In addition some residents received multiple notification for one package.

    Summary: It works okay for daily use, but it does have a few negatives that do create some annoyances for the individuals using the app.

    Positive: It does allow for a good amount of both recipients and users, and easily uses your cell phone to scan in the packages. It also captures an image of the package you're scanning to make it easier to find if you have a lot of packages on hand.

    Negative: Does not always sync correctly between everyone's devices. It is also very time-consuming and difficult to do any sort of package audit if you are trying to delete out packages that have been picked up but were not scanned out of the system.

    Perfect for Small Apartment Building with Concierge Service

    Summary: Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

    Positive: Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
    We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

    Negative: Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

    Positive: Notifications are great, my mail person scans packages upon receiving and I am automatically notified. Search abilities are convenient as well.

    Great Package Tracking Solution

    Summary: Overall we are happy with the product. The simplicity, features, and cloud-based management console are all things we were looking for.

    Positive: Love the simple use and design. The app is great and very easy to use. The Kiosk is a very welcome feature. The cloud-based management console is amazing. No need to "have" to be on our own network.

    Negative: Delivering packages should also have the same process as receiving them.

    Summary: Overall, the app is really helpful, although ironing out some issues would make it quicker to use. Adding a feature to scan multiple packages for the same person would be helpful. Also making it so that if the bar code and name are both visible in the same scan, you don't have to take two scans would save time.

    Positive: Parcel Tracker is essential in letting our residents know if we have their parcels and also to keep track ourselves. It is for the most part easy to use and very helpful.

    Negative: The app can sometimes be slow and difficult to use.
    It would be helpful to have features that allow for multiple packages to be scanned under the same name at one time, rather than all individually.
    Sometimes the app is difficult to scan bar codes with.
    Once you have scanned the name you then have to scan the bar code which can be time consuming and sometimes the app gets confused and starts using the text again and finding a different person. It would save time if the scanner picked up the barcode and name in the same scan if the are both in shot and gave you the option to notify from there.

    Summary: Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

    Positive: This is super quick in scanning. Its image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

    Negative: It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

    Summary: Overall it's an ok product when it works but it's a nightmare when it doesn't. I would love to see the scanning of parcels made easier.

    Positive: Very quick when it comes to the collection side of the software as long as the QR code is available from the guest.

    Negative: Very slow at scanning the parcels in, sometimes double scans the same item as well as sends the wrong recipient a notification.

    Summary: Overall it is really easy to use and works really well in our post room, it has really streamlined our process.

    Positive: Parcel Tracker makes logging parcels in and out really easy. Everything is tracked on the system so you can keep an easy eye on how many parcels you have and if anything isn't being collected. It also takes a picture so makes it easier to find things.

    Negative: A way to change the email you send for different groups of people would be great, but it's not a major issue.

    Summary: Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

    Positive: I like that it stores the history of parcels collected.
    I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

    Negative: The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.
