Positive: Having all monitoring in one platform is a bliss. Any sort of data that can be obtained through command line can be monitored through Pandora. Also, it is super flexible. Adding new features and integrations is easy. It supports a wide variety of integrations as well.

Negative: The price is somewhat expensive. The setup can be bit of a hassle and support is slow to respond. And not everyone can make full use of it unless they have good knowledge of Linux.

Summary: My judgment may not be accurate due to the short period of use - only a week.

Negative: Actually I didn't notice any cons throughout my use.

Good inventory system, customizable.
Great IPAM, including supernets and realtime monitoring for used IP's.

Negative: Some specific network hardware doesn't have a specific template.
It has many options. There is no "simplified" interface.
IT automation features are not good enough to replace Ansible.
