Positive: Prosolutions Software not only has excellent customer service but
also included technology that handles cloud computing and mobile access.Negative: When using the drag to reschedule option you will find a bit of lag. If you need to add an operator to the schedule on day of, I feel there are to many steps. The previous format allowed a simple switch of operators with one easy set.

Summary: I have never had better customer service than that of ProSolutions/Paired Plus!! Stephen, Matt, Joseph, Martin, Maureen, the entire team have been absolutely fabulous to work with! I have tried other software scheduling/POS systems and this product is by far superior. The live chat has saved me in times of uncertainty about a transaction. The rapid response and the help is amazing! Matt and Stephen have made learning the system a wonderful experience, never leaving me feeling like I have ask a question that is meaning less. Respect, kindness and professionalism is their expertise! Thank you for making this transition for my business worth raving about!
Positive: The live training sessions are so helpful. The scheduling of these training sessions are easy to set up and valuable. The live chat with an expert team member ready to help anytime is a life line when in uncertainty.
Negative: The con is me as a user....however I have loved learning!

Summary: Prosolutions has been my best experience as a salon owner for over 17 years. I've always hated the process of looking for new software. Then the thought of actually making the move is stressful to say the least. Prosolutions made this part so easy and stress free. They have continued to give me the exact same level of service they did when I was just looking at the software before switching. They genuinely care about their customers and the success of your business. By far the best support in our industry
Positive: Peak Pricing?!?!? Yes please. Floral shops do it. Wedding venues do it. Restaurants do it. It's about time salons do it. Time is money. The holidays can be enormous for revenue. Now even more. Peak pricing ensures my chairs are filled with the highest revenue as possible during peak business time instead of 500 kids cuts getting ready for Santa. Combined with a cancelation fee, it also ensures my prime busy evenings are booked with people who absolutely will be there. Gone are the days of your books being filled with flighty customers during prime appointment spots. ProSolutions Peak Pricing, Cancelation Fees policy through text and email confirmations, and a highly functional wait list is the tri-fecta for maximizing a chairs profit. The customer app and stylist app minimize the workload of the desk to ensure customers inside the salon are getting top notch service. I am a numbers person, and the reports are like candy! I can't get enough of it. I share numbers with my stylists to help them grow and challenge them to always top their own numbers.
Negative: I would like to see the app have a little more owner function. But in reality, there is so much available on the desktop, its not really a necessity so I can't say it's a "con"

Summary: My experience from the start with Prosolutions has been fantastic. The transfer of data and education in the beginning was seamless. The ongoing support is a breathe of fresh air. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. ProSolutions is always trying to improve their software which in turn improves the owner, stylist, and customer experience. The price is unbeatable. Most salons are small businesses and I try my best to support other family owned businesses. Prosolutions is owned by people who care about their customers and their success. Most care only about your money. Change to Prosolutions and it will be your final software. No need to look further.
Positive: This software has so many tools that make owning a salon so much easier. The stylist app is amazing. The app alone reduces work on the front desk side. For an owner who wants to know numbers and where they actually stand on the business side, the reports it can pull are so valuable. The check out window is easy to use. The waitlist ensures your chairs remain full and help maintain revenue from cancelations. Communicating with clients is easy through messaging. Client profiles have the ability to hold a tremendous amount of information. Creating and receiving PO's is simple and easy to do. The support given by Prosolutions is hands down the best in the industry.
Negative: I honestly don't have any Cons. There are parts of the software I don't use, but I can't list that as a con. Every salon has different needs. What I don't use in the software might be used constantly by another. Sometimes I have a hard time finding a report that fits exactly what I am needing. But that is more a user issue. When I contact support, they are able to easily guide me to the report that fits my needs.
