MSYS2 is a comprehensive suite of tools and libraries designed to create a user-friendly environment for developing, installing, and executing native software on Windows. The platform offers modern native builds for a variety of programming tools and languages such as GCC, mingw-w64, CPython, CMake, Meson, OpenSSL, FFmpeg, Rust, and Ruby, among others.
