I can't give this zero stars or I would.

    Date: Jan 13 2025

Summary: HORRIBLE!, I was counting on using this to fill 1099's for my company and it is impossible to navigate and see what forms you are actually creating.

Positive: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This is the worst pdf editor I have ever used! After logging in a couple times, it actually seems more like a scam. I screwed up and let the free trial expire and they billed me $71.88.
    DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM.

Negative: Impossible to edit and see what you are writing or place it in the correct place on a form. NO PASSWORD - you get sent a link every time you want to log into your account.
    WAY over priced for crap.

    Don't recommend

    Date: Nov 18 2023

Summary: I deactivated my account about 3 months ago but I get notified every month that my bank account has been charged by PDF Live. I have severally tried to reach someone of their phone number provided online but don't cant get an real person to talk to, it takes me to a voicemail. They are a complete scam and I have reported them to my bank.

Positive: None. I can't say I like anything about PDF Live. They keep charging my bank account 3 months after I deactivated my account.

Negative: Charging my bank account after deactivation.

    PDF.live sucks!

    Edited: Jan 10 2023

Summary: It should not be this difficult to print off anything in this blasted PDF.live! You have every @#$! Button except print. When I do see a print button it tells me I have unlimited "access" to print for 7 days (only). What gives with this!

Positive: None! There are no pros. In using PDF.live. It is ridiculously and stupidly designed!!! The only thing i'm finding it produces is anger and anxiety!

Negative: I have a paid subscription to superteachers and PDF.live is terminally attached to it and won't let me simply print out my lessons!

If I could recommend less than 1 as a recommendation for this product, I would!

    I want my money back!!

    Edited: Oct 24 2024

Summary: Very angry that they won't respond. I also left a voicemail in addition to two emails. I'm working on a dispute with my credit card company, but they told me it probably won't work because I missed the deadline.
Update: I finally heard back from them this morning. Apparently, I didn't receive a response email from them? The matter has been handled now, but they are still not giving me back the entire amount for forgetting to cancel. I'm still paying $20 out of the $71.88.

Positive: The one time I used it, I was compressing a .pdf file and it worked fine. I signed up for the one-week free trial.

Negative: I missed the cut-off to cancel by one day. I don't want to use this anymore. They answered my first email.
