    PDF Master is a nightmare!

    Summary: We have provided them payment receipt's. We have NOT received a sign up welcome letter or any info just monthly deductions. We have now contacted our bank as we believe they are debiting our account incorrectly. It has been a nightmare!!

    Positive: There are NO pros they have been difficult to deal with. Scripted replies and they ask the same questions iver and over.

    Negative: The absolute WORST company to deal with! Do not use this company. I have contacted their support email, they have replied with “scripted” computer replies and are unable to provide the correct subscription details to match our account.
