My experience with Opensend has been extremely positive. The team is consistently responsive to any issues, and their swift troubleshooting is impressive. The integration process itself is straightforward and quick, delivering tangible results almost instantly.

Summary: Opensend is a good platform for collecting leads you miss from opt-ins. We switched from a competitor due to higher spam complaint rates and saw relief there from Opensend. Additionally we are seeing a 3.5x ROI for directly attributable sales.
Positive: Opensend runs on autopilot to help us capture leads we aren't getting through our on-site opt-ins. They use a filtering criteria so the leads are higher quality and more primed for conversions.
Negative: Enhanced metrics would be great like something that measures direct attributable revenue in the dashboard itself.

Summary: Terrific experience thus far. Was always a bit tentative around these platforms but Opensend feels like the least-intrusive, brand-first option.
Positive: Easy to use platform with a brand-friendly approach to cold-retargeting. NO spammy emails and can easily set parameters around which customers to send to. Terrific UI and an A+ team
Negative: None, really. Very easy to work with and the team is very accommodating.

Summary: Overall we are loving Opensend. Their team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the results speak for themselves.
Positive: Opensend was extremely easy to install, the installation process took minutes, and we started seeing results almost immediately. We are getting over 150 high quality leads a day added to our email list. It was eye opening how much revenue was sitting untapped on our site. The Opensend team has also been amazing to work with.
Negative: No complaints! They continue to develop and add new services that we are looking forward to implementing.

Summary: The leads are high quality and convert well as they are people already visiting our business, so intent and interest is high. We are very happy with the results and the customer servings is phenomenal.
Positive: Easy to set up and with its full integration, you can set it and everything is automated. We are capturing hundreds of leads per week to retarget. This has been the lowest cost lead sourcing we’ve ever used.
Negative: I haven’t run across any cons with this application in our first two months

Positive: Switching from Retention.com to Opensend was a great choice for us - we have been able to collect higher quality leads, which has increased our last click revenue. The pricing is competitive to Retention.com, and the UI is easy for any level of team member to use. If you are trying to chose an anon lead capture platform, this is the best one in ecom.

Summary: I believe in Opensend. I think they're very accurate in terms of their data and customer acquisition has never been much effective than with Opensend! Amazing company!
Positive: I like that through Opensend, we can detect real leads and who can be potential business partners. We can also quickly see who was vaguely interested in our company/services compared to who was super interested. I'm on the marketing side of the dept. and I can honestly say, their service and platform has helped us generate business in different ways.
Negative: Only thing I would change is to be able to export lead lists out of the Opensend platform :)

Summary: Overall, I've had a really smooth experience with Opensend — there was no long learning curve to figure out how to use it and I find it super helpful.
Positive: Opensend takes a lot of the work off my plate, since I don't have to worry about manually capturing emails. I'm able to much more effectively generate audiences and capture the traffic that I'm going for.

Summary: The team is responsive and easy to work with. The data quality is better than expected; as long as you know how to manage your reputation, you should have no issue using the service.
Positive: An effective, low-cost option to retarget users through email, meta, & Google ads. I'd recommend giving it a try.
Negative: Their dashboard and user tracking are not as good as some competitors.
