    Subscription Management Finally Made SIMPLE

    Summary: OpenPay has been an absolute game-changer for our business. We were constantly battling failed transactions and struggling to keep up with recurring payments. But OpenPay’s suite of tools—especially their dunning features—have made a huge difference.

    Positive: We were struggling with managing recurring payments and dealing with failed transactions before, but OpenPay’s robust subscription management tools, particularly the dunning features, have drastically improved our customer retention. The ability to integrate with multiple payment processors also means we no longer rely on a single provider, which has not only reduced our risk but also allowed us to negotiate better processing rates. The platform is easy to implement, and their support team has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend OpenPay for any business dealing with subscriptions!

    Negative: I have been very happy with the software, I just wish they supported PayPal.

    Positive: We dealt with a lot of headaches with our old payment processor. Our experience with OpenPay has been the complete opposite. Their analytics tool quickly showed us ways to optimize, and we saw a clear bump in revenue thanks to their dunning and retry tools that really minimize churn. Plus, the ability to add multiple payment gateways has been fantastic—not only for reducing dependency on a single provider but also for giving our customers more payment options. And it’s way more affordable than what we used to pay, with an ROI that’s honestly been amazing.

    Negative: It took a bit for our team to get up to speed with the advanced features, but once we did, we saw awesome results.

    Summary: Was the easiest way for us to get up and running with payments. OpenPay is very startup friendly, they white gloved our implementation, told us specifically which parts of the SDK we should be integrating with so as to minimize development time.

    Positive: Very responsive team and very easy to integrate.
    More frontend customizability, especially with analytics would be great.
