    Summary: Overall best product out there if you're looking to make your job easier working in construction or similar (as a PM, this has saved me so much time)

    Positive: Very user friendly with great Interface
    Specific for Construction Industry so that's big plus
    Great support team and quick response times
    More affordable than the giants in the industry yet just as good- if not better
    They also have a snagging system which had great success with our QA team and site engineers

    Negative: Some advanced customizations required admin help at first, but once set up they ran smoothly
