    No preview as promised, file not repaired, no recourse. Avoid!

    Summary: They do not provide the service they describe, nor do they respond to support requests regarding their service failure.

    Positive: None. Did not provide the service they describe: promise any easy upload, quick repair and preview of the resulting file before charging. This is not accurate.

    Negative: Promised a preview of the "repaired" PPT file before charging, did not do so and the resulting "repair" of our PPTX file was a pile of useless graphics that have nothing to do with the original service description. No response from support regarding my inquiry. AVOID.
