Summary: Onehub is a reliable and secure cloud based file sharing platform. It supports FTP interface which make it very easy to upload and synchronise multiple files at once. All the user activities are recorded, audit trails are available. The uploaded files can be easily shared with colleagues through link or through the collaborative tools. The desktop client is very lightweight and have drag and drop interface.

Positive: Onehub offers a very secure and reliable file storage and sharing environment on the cloud. It gives can complete control over the file sharing access. You can easily set up user based file viewing access giving you complete control, so that file is accessible only to the persons whom you want to. It offers a tiny desktop based client for real time synchronisation.

Negative: I did not encountered any serious issues with Onehub.

Summary: We are very happy with Onehub's effectiveness to share business files with coworkers. It helps to solve our file sharing limitations. Using Onehub now we are easily sending large files and documents anywhere. It's the perfect 10 out of 10 file sharing platform.

Summary: Good product, easy to use. Email receipt is a problem that does seem to be addressed. Sometimes invite give a link and sometimes they do not.

Positive: Easy to use. Intuitive dashboard. Product has complete activity tracking as well as good recovery ability.

Negative: Invites often end up in spam folders and we need to let people know to check spam.

It has great collaborative feature which can be used for collaboration. It support integration with Microsoft and Google based products. It offers to set up role based permission for users and saving user activity.

Positive: Onehub offers cloud based secure storage for your important documents. it offers a drag and drop file uploading system which make it very easy to upload files on day to day basis. It offers FTP secure gateway which can be used to mass uploading of file and save the updated version of document.

Negative: Overall it's a great platform to save your document securely, I didn't find any serious Cons.

Summary: I highly recommend Onehub. It's the best cloud file manager to access, store and share business files with the internal team. We are using Onehub for a long time and trust me we enjoyed its every functionality.

Summary: If you are looking for an easy solution for a client portal, then this is an excellent product. Especially for Graphic Designers managing multiple clients.

Positive: We are a digital marketing agency, and Onehub is what we use for our client portal. We host our graphic design assets on Onehub, it works flawlessly. Clients get access to their corresponding folders, and the upload and invitation process is easy and intuitive.

Negative: We really don’t have anything bad to say about Onehub. Been using it a long time and are happy with the product.

Summary: I would say you can go for it without thinking as you just pay for the cloud space and it is definitely worth it if you need a software to store and share files.

Negative: I always try to pick free or less expensive software and applications.

Summary: Overall I LOVE this software. I've used more expensive datarooms that make utilizing a dataroom so complicated. I love the simplicity of OneHub.com. They know what we need and how to keep updating their system to keep us happy.

Positive: UNLIMITED DATAROOMS, easy to use, easy to setup and easy to invite users to and manage. Hardly anytime time to learn how to use all of the features and I love the customer service!

Negative: None I can think of...if I had to put a con it would be to make sure to never have the invite to the dataroom never go into the spam folder.

Summary: Need a secure customer file share portal without all the server management overhead necessary to DIY, well worth the cost and time saved. Let the third-party that specializes in the security aspect of things focus on that while we focus on usage and best-practices. You should start with the free trial, you'll quickly see if this is the right solution for you. The trial covers everything short of the whitelabeling, which is nice. Don't hesitate to connect with support and you'll see that they are very personable.

Positive: The fully audit trailed system has been a lifesaver, knowing whom touched what and when - without question. Also, the granular permissions control is top notch, being able to escalate and de-escalate a user on the fly is great. The support info in the KB is current and clearly written.

Negative: There could be a 2 step verification process prior to the addition of additional paid seats. User error has resulted in the need for reversal of transactions several times. This costs time for us and for OneHub. Support is very responsive, but is primarily through email, one would think that a portal company would run their own support portal.

Summary: We have used Onehub for several data rooms over the years. It is a great option for sharing information.

Positive: Onehub is intuitive and user friendly. Creating and sharing documents in data rooms is very easy to set up. The interface is flexible for customizing specific color schemes and logos.

Negative: I don't have any cons at this point in time. The product works great for our needs.

Summary: It's the best file sharing and file storage structure. The data are easily accessible to authors. It gives me a one-stop solution for remote file sharing with the inbound team in a very secure manner. The client portal is wonderful, easy to jump around its options and UI is minimal.
