Poor and outdated documentation and some advertised features not available Edited: Jul 22 2020
Summary: Support is abysmally slow and only available via email. While CookiePro does work, features are not as advertised and documentation is lacking and outdated in that it does not match the current software.
Positive: It works and the basic setup was fairly straightforward. I was able to get a cookie consent solution working (without consent records - see "Cons" below) in about an hour.
Negative: Records of consent is an advertised feature. After signup/paying for enterprise level plan, I expected to see all advertised features available in the admin panel. Apparently, the advertising/sales info and documentation is dated as you are not currently able to view a list of 'consents' or export them. I was informed that exporting records of consent will be available when a newer version is released in five days. I'm a little concerned that, when available, this feature will still not match up with what was advertised to me.
