Summary: OKX customer support is available for both OKX web3 and OKX Exchange. They do a pretty job to satisfy all of your troubles in quick time. OKX partnership with several dapps and crypto projects are helping to learn new stuffs in space. It is better than most exchanges out there including Binance because Binance app is so crowded and too slow in my opinion. Check out OKX app speed and you will be amazed.

Positive: OKX web3, OKTC chain and OKT token is my new favourite thing in the crypto space.

Thanks to OKX web3 and Learn and earn Cryptopedia from OKX, I was able to learn a lot in Defi space. I would not have been comfortable using Decentralized self custodian wallets, If I were not introduced to OKX Wallet. And you don't need a separate app for it both wallet and exchange are integrated into same app. The Chrome extension of OKX wallet is also doing a wonderful job for me to connect to different dapps.

Negative: The OKX Wallet browser in Android doesn't allow desktop view. This is negative because lot of new dapps are launched fresh only in desktop compatibility. I tried to connect to Linea and Base testnet dapps but app rejected me with a pop up - Your wallet doesn't support this chain. This is annoying and the only way to bypass is through connecting to testnet with Chrome extension. OKX must resolve this sooner.

Summary: Overall OKX wallet is very helpful.

Positive: I like the way wallet looks, NFTs also easy to buy or sell, using dapps is very easy, showings balances of coins which we have in wallet and easy use swap and bridge.

Negative: I found one con is that there is no filter to see NFTs offers received price from high to low and vice versa.

Negative: The platform has everything one needs instead of extreme marketing strategies, OKX needs to create more brand awareness in India.

Summary: Best Project in crypto. 2020 - 2023 i always use for hunter token, coin and NFT. Many more for daily.

Positive: I like OKX before launch, design web3, NFT, wallet, dapp everyone it's good. Beautiful, smoothly and faster.

Negative: i hope OKX add event event in premint for NFT original.

Positive: The apps is easy to use and I like that the withdrawal fees are minimal. It has great promo as well.

Negative: I guess that the support isn't real time. It would be great to talk to live support

Summary: Easy for me for listing my NFT's to OpenSea. Easy for me transfer and receive funds. USDT, Matic or ETH. I hope OKX will add many network like Zksync Era and SUI.

Positive: The great aspect is the wide range of products. Everyone is able to match a product to themselves and fit a given product to their pocket. And it is really worth it because even in this aspect it is worth paying attention to the waiting time for the order.

Negative: Honestly, as for me, everything is fine. THE BEST.

Summary: OKX is a great app for us beginners in web3 world, allows us to easily browse tokens and NFTs, also easy to navigate and very user friendly.

Positive: Easy to use. Very user friendly, allows me to import my MetaMask wallet since MetaMask is a bit laggy. Allows me to connect to compatible DApps easily, can manage my tokens at ease also even those not yet listed in exchanges. Gives bountiful airdrops very useful for web3 explorers.

Negative: Sometimes can't connect to some DApps, saying disconnect tho its not yet connected. That's all for now.

Summary: We love OKX very much it is about to in 5 star out of 5 star. In other platform a user faces very difficult to use but in OKX as a beginner it is simple to use and its home interface is amazing. In home you can find what you want to do like spot trade, P2P and etc. you can deposit crypto via P2P or other platform and it takes 2-5 minutes. Its security system is very hard which benefits in that no one can access your wallet without your authority. As a beginner i thought it is the best platform.

Positive: At first i want to said that OKX is the most popular platform in crypto world for it's own quality like trading, P2P, deposit or Withdraw crypto etc.

Negative: Since I used this platform I never found anything which I disagree with on this platform.

Positive: Okx has integrated features y'all can fine on most wallets out there, however, the UI, the buttons, features, wordings has made wallet usage so smoothly. The best part of that is OKX wallet has been the go-to partner of trusted projects.

Wallets have never been this intuitive and almost offer and recommend the best defi and amazing projects that have been very beneficial to a lot of users.

Negative: Cons is not a good term to describe OKX Wallet, because it is a big PROS and got No CONS!!! Just kidding, if there may be cons those are at times the app crashing, but that is very rarely that it happens.

Summary: Great experience to have OKX app, it helps a lot of my daily trading i made, best platform and asset securities are very enhanced.

Summary: For now OKX is the best web 3 wallet all in one because it has a wallet and exchange in one app and is more suitable for many users.

Positive: As pro's the advantage of OKX wallet is about the CA importing there's no need to import a CA because it automatically detects a token or NFT that you have and it warns you when a token/NFT is a scam or not.

Negative: As of now using OKX I don't see disadvantage with it as I am using OKX regularly that's why i import my MetaMask on OKX so i can see all the worth token NFT and none worth token and NFT.
