    Simple setup

    Date: Mar 23 2022

Summary: Overall pretty solid experience. Easy setup and experience within Slack is the best part of this. Users in our team are liking it quite a bit due to the fact that everything is inside Slack. Basically trigger a lookup for the org using a command.

    Positive: Easy to setup.
Best thing is that everything works inside Slack. No separate website, or web experience.
Integrates with existing software but need to reach out to team.

Negative: Can see a way to make the initial setup easier. Once it's setup it's nice.
Some more analytics would be nice.
