    Summary: We were very satisfied with our choice to go with NewOrg. The onboarding process was very personalized and interactive, and helped to make our learning curve seamless and easy. The ongoing support is a great bonus as well.

    Positive: As a nonprofit, we researched a lot of softwares before choosing NewOrg. NewOrg was the only platform we found that met both our budget and our "wish list" features. If we could do it all again, we would choose NewOrg.

    Negative: We initially sought a more customizable reporting platform. However, it's easy to submit a support ticket to build a new customized report, and the support team is very responsive. The reports feature has great options to help us present our data to the public and stakeholders in a user-friendly way.

    User friendly & excellent customer service - NewOrg

    Summary: NewOrg is the best and I recommend if you have a client portal, work with them to set up what you need. I hope we expand our partnership so we can integrate additional services on the platform.

    Positive: Customer service team is unmatched. They literally solve problems we bring to the meeting, during the meeting. Data matches every time. Reporting is clear. User experience for clients is way better than our previous system, reducing call times and email volume for our staff.

    Negative: I haven't had a bad experience with New Org yet. We've worked with them on an RFP & demo, design, and implementation of complex applications and reporting. They are amazing.

    NewOrg is the solution for non-profit program management

    Summary: The best way to understand our experience is to look at the white paper we co-authored on their website (can't post link here). Can't recommend them enough. They have some things they could improve but are constantly working on them and are very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

    Positive: The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before.

    Negative: We had a few items that we'd like to customize but can't, but none are dealbreakers. I love the reports and dashboards, they're a huge upgrade over our prior system, but a few more customization options, summation options, and visualization updates would go a long way.

Data import was fairly easy and the functionality of the system is great. The reports it will run are almost endless and completely customizable.

    Summary: NewOrg is simple, easy to use, and does just what we need it to. Having engaged, thorough, and quick support makes all the difference!

    Positive: We always receive quick and thorough support when submitting tickets, but we recently asked a big and urgent favor from the support team and received excellent help. We were implementing new forms into the system, which we weren't sure we would be able to do exactly as we hoped, but the support went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry out our exact vision. Not only was it not broken but it was even better than I had hoped for. The applications are working well and easy to use.
