    Summary: Been using it for a few years now and it's everything you could ask for. Previously been managing multiple booking sites simultaneously and always plagued by over booking, having to check bookings every 10-20 minutes was a nightmare before we started using NOBEDS.

    Was using the free version for a while and decided it was unethical not to support the developers and have been happy paying since. Plus they are very modest with their fees, I couldn't in good faith support another company, especially with the price gouging and unethical practices occurring in the industry.

    Positive: Active development and quick turn around on support tickets, priced very competitively and is mostly feature complete. For our purposes it's basically overkill.

    Negative: For what you pay for there is absolutely nothing wrong with using NOBEDS as a solution for your hospitality business. Ensure you test things out for a while before going into production.

    Good, quick, efficient and (almost) reliable

    Summary: I have used NoBeds (what a strange name! ) for more than a year now, to manage 30 apartments.
    I also run a hotel with 25 rooms and use Thais PMS + Roomcloud channel manager.
    Nobeds costs me less than 10 euros a month, Thais + Roomcloud more than 120. Nobeds does not comply with French laws on accounting, though, so I have a lot more work to do on the side.

    Positive: Pricing.
    Straight forward.
    Quick.
    Added the SMS and payment solutions it lacked previously
    The support team answers within hours most of the time.
    Reliability (only two bookings never appeared in more than one year time and 600+ booking in total).
    Possible to switch between standard & stable version of the site and a beta version.

    Negative: Some statistics are missing.
    Poor yield management possibilities.
    No proper smartphone version / site not responsive.
    Not possible to set a 2-way sync with Airbnb as a co-host
    Still some bugs in the invoicing module, for example with the VAT calculation.

    Summary: The product is ideal when working properly and I really enjoy working with it. It deserves 5 stars, but the absence of support makes me want to find a better alternative with adequate support. Hence a 3 stars rating.

    Positive: It's very straightforward and easy to use. It's logical, but it needs some more finishing. It's flexible however it requires some more tlc.

    Negative: They claim 24/7 support however for weeks I have a sync problem with Booking. Tried to contact them countless times. They are completely unreachable. I get automated replies to emails and although I've emphasised the urgency, there's no response.
    The instruction videos should have a voiceover instead of this annoying repetitive music.

    Summary: Overall it's useful need some speed improvement as we look in demo account lags and some ota connectivity.

    Positive: I like it very much for booking.com and other ota like agoda Expedia, like the extra charge for ota it's very innovative.

    Negative: I experienced some lag, the whole website is on WordPress missing some payment gateway and sms gateway missing most ota connection like GoMMT Yatra.

    Summary: Very bad experience.
    Used it for Booking rooms for our hotel but most of the things stopped working, and double reservations occurred.

    Positive: The software os full of bugs. I have requested many times for support but no one seems to reply.
