    Summary: I am glad that application ever was created. It has many stems in good quality music can be separated, but still is one con who soon can leave Moises behind. I would really really wish if Moises could work on wind instrument stem. It would be nice to have it on their site. It would make Moises really seriously competitive especially comparing to other sites who have more stems to offer but in higher cost of payment. And other later created separation sites are developing as well. If that wind stem will added I'm not going to cancel my premium in any case. Especially knowing Moises Ai has potential to have it plus trombone, trumpet, flute musicians will glad to have it too.

    Positive: Moises is great application, not much expensive for users and has many stems which premium users can split in good quality,

    Negative: Lack of wind instruments stem which soon can leave Moises behind competitors.

    Summary: Horrible. They are a bad company. There are other companies with similar technology who won't rip you off.

    Positive: REALLY SLOW AND BUGGY. Freezes constantly. Under no circumstance would I ever use their software again.

    Negative: You can't get ahold of a human, even the ones who are named humans. The customer service is bots only, they do not do refunds under any circumstances. I disputed the charge through Chase because the software was freezing constantly while trying to process a file. I ended up needing to use another service and they would not refund me.
