    Summary: 50% main purpose was for call recording and that feature is not working. I have call rep numerous of times and all they say is someone will get back to you. No one has gotten back to me and it has been almost 1 month.

    Positive: Show calls, messages. Pics. All the features work with exception to call recording and surround recording.

    Negative: When recorded calls or surrounding are downloaded you're not able to hear. No one has reached out with a solution.

    Summary: I wish I could get my money back but I can’t they will not even refund your money if the service you paid for is not working. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY unless you get the cheapest program which don’t do really anything.

    Positive: Only thing that’s for sure is some text messages, you don’t get them all, you can tell when you go inside the keystrokes. This is more of a rip off then a real service.

    Negative: Their support is horrible they have you to pay for recorded calls but only record target phone side if the recording and only say they are working on it if I didn’t purchase a year I would have left them a long time ago I give them 1 star. You pay for gps but if location is off you can not have location settings. Please don’t waste your money.
