Summary: Overall, my experience with MiniHotel has been excellent. It’s reliable, easy to use, and fits perfectly with the way I manage my properties. The combination of mobile convenience, solid desktop tools, and outstanding customer support makes it one of the most complete PMS options I’ve worked with.
Positive: I manage several short-term rental properties and hotels, and MiniHotel makes it incredibly easy to handle everything on the go. The mobile app works seamlessly, and the desktop platform is just as efficient and intuitive.
Their customer support is a real standout — available 24/7 directly through the platform or via WhatsApp. It’s fast, helpful, and reliable, which makes day-to-day management much smoother.Negative: Honestly, I don’t see many downsides to MiniHotel. If I had to mention one, it would be that the user interface feels a bit outdated. But that’s just me being picky — it doesn’t affect functionality or ease of use at all.

Summary: MiniHotel has been a key tool in helping us streamline operations and offer a better experience to our guests. It saves us time, avoids mistakes, and adds professionalism to our day-to-day work. We definitely recommend it to any property looking for a reliable and user-friendly PMS.
Positive: MiniHotel was the first PMS we implemented in our family-run hotel, and it truly changed everything. We used to manage all our operations manually, which became increasingly difficult and error-prone. Since adopting MiniHotel, we’ve been able to sync reservations from multiple OTAs like Booking, Airbnb, and Expedia automatically, completely eliminating the risk of overbookings. Communication with guests has also improved significantly thanks to the automated messaging features. The interface is clear and intuitive, and their support team is always helpful and responsive.
Negative: We haven’t had any major issues so far. It would be great if, in the future, they could add more customization options for different types of properties. Also, we’d love to see the ability to automate guest messaging via WhatsApp, since many guests don’t read emails, that feature would be a great addition.

Summary: It works and is simple. Being in the cloud means you can rest assured that everything is always up to date. Connecting to OTAs is easy.
Positive: Easy to use, technical support is a 10, they hold meetings for any questions, reservations are easy to load, the accounting part too
Negative: Maybe some parameters are still green, but nothing serious, it can be used anyway.

Summary: It's a good system. It helps us every day. We're very satisfied.
The technical support department is excellent. They respond and resolve issues quickly.
I highly recommend the system to other colleagues.Positive: We use the remote access system in our cabins.
We couldn't use the web system because it lacks many tools or utilities that the remote system does.
The remote system is very comprehensive. Easy to use, and it helps us a lot.Negative: I don't really find many negative things about the system.

Summary: In general terms, the Mini Hotel PMS system is a very good option for hotels with a small number of rooms and few outlets. It is easy to use for staff with limited experience who need to quickly learn how to operate the system, or for hotels with high staff turnover, where continuous training is required.
However, due to the lack of clear information in its statistics, it requires the use of parallel manual control spreadsheets — hence the importance of not having a large volume of production and services.Positive: Excellent PMS for boutique hotels, functional and well-suited to the hotel’s needs. It includes all the necessary modules to manage and cover the hotel’s operational requirements.
User-friendly for those with no previous experience using other operating systems, as it is very intuitive and easy to learn.Negative: It should improve the presentation of statistics. The accommodation production data is not clear, and the impact of fluctuations in the local currency exchange rate against the U.S. dollar (the reference currency) makes it difficult to present this information accurately.
