    Not user friendly for tech challenged people.

    Summary: Could not figure out how to use any of it. So different. Hate hate hate it.
    Some of use are tech challenged and it seems these tech people go out of their way to make my use of these programs miserable and difficult, even impossible to use!!!!! Used it once and asked my hubby to remove it and install the old word program that I know how to use and use successfully. With my very busy job I do not have time to learn new stuff.

    Positive: Nothing- I hate when they change anything in a program that I use daily. Technology is like when you get in your car to drive it and the steering wheel is in a new location every time and you have to figure out how to work it so you can drive to work and the next day it is in a new location --- I do not have time to learn new crap that is essentially harder and more impossible to learn.

    Negative: So hard to use, everything is different, cannot move a picture on the page or line up the writing... And lots of other things that changed and was not able to use...made me so angry.
