Summary: Very effective tool with many great features that allow for meetings and classrooms to take place.

Positive: It has an interface that is easy to use. It is portable and will work just about anywhere there is an internet connection.

Negative: The shared screen can get buried behind opened windows and can get difficult to find.

Summary: Microsoft teams has been an essential component to our business and allowed us to organize things in a fashionable manner.

Positive: Microsoft teams has made managing team members very simple and kept everything in line and well organized.

Negative: Nothing at this time. Microsoft teams has provided much of what we needed.

Summary: The product is a welcome addition to our office. It helps us keep in direct contact without missing an e-mail causing us delays. I would say with all the options out there in the current market, this is a very tried and true value.

Positive: I have used Microsoft Teams almost daily for a couple years now. The ability to quickly interact with staff for quick questions and on the spot calling is a must in today's ever changing business world.

Negative: Current upgrades have caused lag times or constant 2 part verification which can be frustrating at times.

Summary: It is a great calling and organizing tool. A must for large technology clients with customer engagement.

Positive: Easy navigation across the tool. Features to conduct large online meeting with a larger audience. Business users shall like the integration with email like outlook here. Provides opportunity to customize one Digital Avatar in profile as well. Calendar integration is super efficient. Free to use as a part of enterprise package.

Negative: Not Integrated with other email boxes like GMail etc. Tech glitches during the call more often as compared to other calling software. Data buffering speed need to be high for video compression.

Summary: My overall experience using Microsoft Teams for 4+ years has been great. Over the years the software has been upgraded to perform better across all functionality and allow for more users and better interface in video conferencing and workflow productivity.

Positive: Microsoft Teams is a software product for business productivity that is full of benefits with many ways to use and communicate with co-workers across the platform. I would highly recommend to partners and friends!

Negative: Microsoft Teams is an all around great product and suite of software with few necessary improvements.

Summary: I think Microsoft/Office 365 is a great office productivity solution in general and when Teams was first added a few years ago, it only made Microsoft/Office 365 better. I highly recommend Teams to anyone, but especially existing Microsoft/Office 365 users. And maybe most importantly, Microsoft has done a great job in continuously improving Teams as a SaaS solution. They seem committed to the solution vs a couple of years ago when they were still seemingly debating between Teams, Skype for Business, and Skype for collaboration productivity.

Positive: Teams is the perfect solution for chat, audio, or video collaboration if you are already a Microsoft/Office 365 user/customer. The tool is integrated into the other Office tools and it's essentially "free" with your existing subscription. If you are already a Microsoft customer, it seems like a no brainer to use Teams (at least internally) instead of a competing tool like Google Chat/Meet or Zoom or Cisco Webex or Slack, etc. If your customers or partners use those other tools then I suppose you have to use them in addition to Teams.

Negative: I think the other tools like Google Chat/Meet and Zoom have some more or better features, functions, and overall usability as standalone tools. For being a somewhat new tool, Teams interface to me is actually a little cluttered and unintuitive even compared to its predecessor Skype for Business which I liked quite a bit.

Summary: 100% use love using this app to text and easily contact my family and friends and talk with them discuss stuff.

Positive: I like that I and my friends can connect more easily contact each other and work on our business. And it is such a good app for reaching out to people. And I like how the design is and stuff. And the video and photo sending took me a minute with the other apps but this i learned fast.

Negative: I didn't like that it would glitch out whenever i tried to call.

Summary: I would recommend this to any company looking to navigate their teams or groups within the workplace, its great for management Aa well to keep track of their teams and announcements.

Positive: Very organized and easy to navigate, love the fact that this allows you to have groups for certain teams whether it's for work or school.

Negative: Overall the program runs smooth, has no cons that I can think of at the moment.

Summary: Microsoft Teams best suited for large organizations with sound technical environments. It offers best of features to conduct meetings, make recordings, sharing data/files, etc. It is less appropriate in machines with limited connectivity

Microsoft Teams is well suited for organizations where everyone is on board with it, and therefore all teams are using it. When you have some departments using Teams and others not using it, this leads to confusion as to where documents are stored, and access issues if someone needs to see a document but is not part of the appropriate Team. I also think there are more intuitive cloud-based file sharing systems out there. Microsoft Teams needs to work on its user interface to make it quicker and easier to organize and edit document sets.

- It allows all of the documents for a project to be stored on the cloud and updated in real time, instead of on a network drive where changes are more difficult to track.
- It allows teams to keep their communication and project files centralized, instead of in disparate places.

Positive: It offers the best features to conduct meetings and share data and work-related files.
It is less appropriate when connectivity is limited. Otherwise, it is the best in the market out of all the similar available tool in the market.

Negative: - Moving documents from one place to another is also clunky and not intuitive. You cannot move an entire folder, but only a single document at a time. This wastes time.
- No edit history for text messages.

Summary: Microsoft Teams provides a platform to connect with anyone from anywhere. It has a lot of features and unique functionalities.

Positive: - It has a user-friendly user interface that is very easy to set up and install.
- Students can share assignments with teachers or moderators directly through Microsoft Teams.
- The qualities of video and audio are very clear.

Negative: - It is a bit difficult to use it initially because of the complex layout.

Summary: Overall this a great tool to use it daily basis in corporate field. I think Microsoft delivered a finest tool after skype. Easy to work with and it has great features.

Positive: Excellent Application for commutation. This App is way too good for daily use. We have been using it for very long time for Video conferencing, Meetings, presentation and chat. Too easy to handle and fast connectivity with low bandwidth.

Negative: I don't see any concerns to list down as of now. This is such a finest product by Microsoft.

Summary: Single app which does all the official works. You need not install any other app to do necessary tasks.

Positive: 1. Much helpful in day to day conversations regarding office work,
2. One app for messaging, calling, video calling, screen sharing, group conversation,
3. You can see your whole day's calendar (meetings scheduled) in a blink of an eye,
4. You can create a group including all the relevant team members,
5. You can add extensions to your teams app, like Yammer, Jira, PowerBI and many more. We have added Lex (Infosys's learning platform) also,
6. You can share files on teams, and schedule meetings also.

Negative: No Cons as of now.
Teams came as successor of Skype for Business and it has all the missing features of Skype.
I hope more and more features get added to Teams in next future.

Summary: It's required from work. Nearly every meetings we use Team. Since Microsoft has so many software/apps, function integration or data sharing is something that other apps may not have.

Positive: Integrated with other MS apps/software, e.g., Outlook. It's easy to schedule or check meetings. Links will be automatically sent to the meeting receivers. Recording is another feature that is super useful.

Negative: I also use slack for meetings. The good of slack is I can draw lines on the screen and the other team member knows where I mark on their screens. I wish Team will also have this function.

Summary: My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been outstanding I mean I expected to have some difficulties when starting but there were absolutely none! Thanks Micro :-)

Positive: Everything about Microsoft Teams is amazing! It really is everything that I needed to access was right there!

Negative: I don't have anything bad to say about Microsoft Teams!

Multiple meeting options (breakout room)
Conducting event facility is one of the best feature with full hd resolution and unlimited time period.

Positive: Teams event & meeting has helped us a lot in the lockdown times.
With the breakout option we can do multiple meeting at 1 time which is a great thing.

Negative: I have liked everything about teams platform.
