Great product but no support and they will just tell you to cancel Edited: Jun 25 2025
Summary: Great product but not worth the risk because they don't support the product. No support at all. they simply will not respond to email, have no phone that I can find, and not even a chat process.
Positive: I have had the MemberTies product for all most 18 years and have always loved it. It was affordable, worked well, and was one of the few products that provided everything I needed manage members.
Negative: The last few years, the update process has been simply a mess. I paid $75, and it never worked. I sent an entire week of emails asking them to support the product, but I haven't received an answer. Now, I am finally faced with asking my credit card company to reverse the charge and, at long last, changing to another product. It's very sad. Last year they would not help and simply told me to cancel the product.
