    Summary: The Mainstay solution works really well in our hotel, with seamless integration to EPOS, Channels and our web site. It really makes our job much easier, allowing us to focus on customer service and making money.

    Positive: Mainstay is easy to use making staff training simple and the support is second to none. With knowledgeable people only a phone call away, you can ask any question and get a detailed reply which is based on their knowledge of your business too.

    Negative: Slightly more expensive than the cheap cloud based solutions but you get what you pay for.

    Negative: None really, only has a Sage integration. But the file output can be tweaked for any system.
