Summary: This is not a full fledged EMR as far as billing goes and they are totally misrepresenting their product.
Positive: Clinical side works OK. The product as far as notes and integration with Dr First works OK but it took forever to get providers linked up with prescribing and EPCS.
Negative: My Company, Progressive Psychiatric Services, previously used Luminello as a sole provider. We signed up again and were told systems would be effective as of 10/10/23 when we started sending billing through Luminello. Since that time, we have not gotten ANY ERAs, so I am unable to reconcile any billing for the past 11 weeks- . Many of the claims have also been stalled, the templates for billing were set up improperly, even though my biller requested to do it, so reimbursements have also been markedly lower. I have begged, pleaded - done everything I have been asked to do. My business, totally in the black when we signed up, is on its knees, having lost over $54K from what would be our normally revenue, and being unable to send invoices. Our finances are in a shambles.

Today I asked for a meeting to help me MANUALLY apply those payments that come through on the insurance websites- and discover there is no way to do this in Luminello.
We keep being redirected to the same two group support people and there have been no answers and no improvement- keep being told that it is Change healthcare, whereas they refer us back to Luminello. When we signed up, we were never even told that out billing would be going out through APEX EDI, but that ERAs would return through Change Healthcare- and as they never have, this is not even working.
I don't see how this product can legally be marketed as doing any billing, the way it stands. This is a travesty.
