    A must have for support teams!

    Summary: We mostly use it for shared inbox. I love the overall speed of how our team is dealing with support requests. I have all my conversations sorted in customer channels. All files, chats or emails with them are accessible through a CMD+K search on my laptop. It also helps that we can chat about specific emails before replying back to the customers.

    Positive: When I started using it for my mail in which i respond to many cases of support requests, I could immediately see how easy it is to use. I installed the app, connected my inbox and the inbox where the support requests are coming to and I was able to immediately assign emails to my colleagues. I can use my support account now in a more organized way, where I can see who from my team is responsible for each support request. If something is completed, you mark it as resolved and the email gets out of the way.

    The team loves the simplicity it brought to our daily work with support accounts.

    Negative: Nothing specifically I don’t dislike, since both, the Mac and the Windows apps are very fast and intuitive - It would however help if there would be a web version available for Chrome OS.
