Communication is TERRIBLE. Scheduled appointment. They changed to 3 weeks later. Then no show. Date: Oct 19 2023

If he's that unprofessional, how can I trust the software is well developed and will be well supported??Positive: Looks interesting... but will never trust them.
Such unprofessionalism by the CEO. How likely is the software to be well-developed or well-serviced??? Very unlikely.Negative: Communication is TERRIBLE. I scheduled an appointment. It turns out it was with the CEO, Michael Claire, as the "sales guy." They changed to 3 weeks later without consulting me. Then I found an email asking me if I was going to show up. I responded, of course. But he responded that he canceled the meeting... after all that waiting to get a demo.

They were one of the first Lending CRMs I tried to schedule with. I've met with over a dozen. They were the last ones on my calendar because they canceled and pushed me out 3 weeks. And then they canceled on me because I didn't respond quickly enough to an email asking if I STILL would be at the meeting. OF COURSE, I was. We agreed to it a long time ago. You didn't use an automated calendar tool to keep us connected. All was clear, though very pushed off. You act like it wasn't clear and so cancelled our meeting.
