Summary: We are using this for webinar, training and even daily meeting, we love Live Webinar. This is a great tool for training, webinar and even for meetings. The whiteboard is very useful for group discussion, we like it as we can put our own logo in the video as well.

Positive: One link join, it is stable, we use this to host webinar for more than 100 people, and it is awesome, we do not have glitches. We also like the other features like CTA, Own branding and no more credentials for joining.

Negative: It will be good if there is FILTER so people can beautify themselves.

Summary: LiveWebinar is still my go-to for leading Group Coaching and Group Mediation, I can handle up to 100 if I have that many. I'm certain they can handle even more than that. The technology is easy and they have responded to any questions quickly and clearly.

Positive: I needed a cost-efficient tool for leading Group Coaching and found LiveWebinar. I was able to use it the first time without any technical issues.
End users were able to use it seamlessly as well; from laptops, I pads, and phones.
During calls I could share my screen easily, create breakout rooms and share slides.

Negative: The participant cannot share their screen; unless they have made an update recently.

Summary: Very much satisfied with the product.
Ease of use, UI is very good.

Whenever i used to get stuck initially, the support staff told me how to use the product effectively.

Summary: If I had to do it all over again I would use LiveWebinar much better for 1 to many training than competitors. Also much more professional than your standard Zoom or Teams meeting. It feels more like a presentation than your standard online meeting.

Positive: LiveWebinar was instrumental in helping me move a business that was onsite only to online. Thanks to the ease of use, ability to record for future playback, add questions to the webinar, and add questions after the webinar. I was able to train a staff of 50 users who had no familiarity with how to work online to a fully functional online business within 2 weeks.
Connection was always fast, the video and audio are top notch

Negative: Lack of a dedicated client, but not a huge issue. Other than that I am extremely satisfied!

Summary: I do not use it as much as i should, but the few times that i have used it have been great experiences, though perhaps not for the guests.

Positive: This webinar platform is a complete solution in order to run evergreen webinars. However, it has been difficult for some to use. Nevertheless, it is one of the most feature rich solutions out there and allows you to run any type of webinar with lead generation built in.

Negative: I just wish it was more user friendly. Often when you invite guest speakers, it is not as user friendly on their side.

Summary: I am very satisfied of this solution, that helps me manage webinars in a very effective and efficient way.

Positive: This is a robust solution for organizing webinars. The interface is intuitive and the team is constantly developing new features and integrations. A full solution for organizing webinars and make lead generation thanks to the integration with a lot of CRM or autoresponders.

Negative: Not all form fields are translatable in my language, and this is very important for me. Then there's no panic button for the users, in order to help them reload the page in case of any problem.

Summary: To be honest I already owned similar systems, but for this price it was worth trying... and was I surprised!

Positive: Reasonable specifications, good quality for evergreen events or live sessions. I am a client since 2019.

Negative: Limits could be slightly raised, within reason of course.

Summary: I intend to integrate LiveWebinar more and more in my business as I will educate my clients to connect through their laptops instead of iPhones and I am eager to try the webinar options.

Positive: I discovered LiveWebinar through AppSumo and I was pleased that they offered more option my actual Zoom plan. I am running one on one, groups meetings and I am planning to run continuous webinars so this tools most of my needs. I am glad that I can set up a room for my collaborators without having to start the meeting for them (I would have to upgrade my Zoom plan to be able to do that) and that we can create profiles as Presenters.

Negative: I tried the tool as a discussion with a group of people and the ones connecting with iPhone had difficulties to open their camera, which can be a bummer when you wan to see reactions and cut the non verbal.

Summary: Overall have loved using the platform for about a year now. Consistent and works. Never glitches. Looking forward to seeing how they further develop this product.

Positive: Love that I can brand, have evergreen rooms in addition tot he traditional webinar software. Easy to color coordinate and design my rooms.

Negative: I wish some aspects were a little more intuitive to create and setup.

Summary: It is a very good tool with even more potential to be excellent. Serious and affordable competitor to offers which give less or a bigger price.

Positive: I like its complexity and wide variety of offered tools (sharing option, polls, integration with other platforms such as marketing tools, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook) including possibility to pay for extra solutions as I go without need for upgrading the whole package.
Also love it can be embedded on my webpage.

One of my favourite is ease of introducing an individual branding set for separate rooms according to my needs.

Negative: Sometimes the logic behind certain solutions is difficult for me to understand. Wish the client's support would be less defensive and more grateful for free of charge feedback from their loyal clients.

Summary: I like to use this program and I'm very satisfied. I have been using it for 2 years and the improvement in quality is notable.

Positive: Easy to use and have many features. Good appearance and great support. Video and audio quality in my transmissions.

Negative: Resources for videos explanation. Name and order for video presentations. Expensive for extra classes or attendees.

Summary: This app needs to be simpler, faster and a lot better looking. Would like to use it for another webinar in future but the reliability issue has put me off for now.

Positive: The webinar was easy to set up and the chat room worked. The recording was easy to find and download.

Negative: The entire app user interface and the webinar itself feel corporate, boring and cluttered. The font is small, and there is a lot of grey. The poll was a great idea but in practice it just looked bad and didn’t engage with people the way it should.

Worst of all my webinar CUT OUT halfway through and I had to restart, which messed up the recording and looked very embarrassing. The recording itself was difficult to set up - i never was sure which parts of the screen I was recording. It’s the kind of thing that makes everyone just want to go back to Zoom.

Summary: My experience with LiveWebinar overall was promising but disappointing. I had high hopes for using the service because it has some great features. However, none of those great features are useful at all if the service keeps crashing and freezing.

Positive: I like that LiveWebinar can be embedded onto a website, to create a seamless user experience. I also like that the LiveWebinar interface is relatively simple to use. It's also great that webinar participants don't have to download extra software to join a LiveWebinar call or video chat.

Negative: I don't like how LiveWebinar freezes during video chats, because this makes it difficult to use the service and also creates a poor user experience for my audience, which impacts my brand. I also don't like that LiveWebinar forces users to download a PDF of their support documentation. It would be better if LiveWebinar had a searchable support section on its own website, where users can find answers to questions, and troubleshoot problems quickly.
