Summary: Horrible non-responsive customer service. I request that LearnDesk cancel my subscription LONG before the renewal date and they charged me anyway and then ghosted me on my contacts with them to reverse the charges!!
Positive: Cheap.

Sketchy, evasive, and untrustworthy at best Date: Dec 27 2022
Summary: I was contacted by a representative for LearnDesk--a Senior VP, per his email signature--who claimed to have somehow come across information on my books via my website, though he cited no specific details.
A cursory search on the company revealed many complaints from prior clients regarding deceptive marketing and billing practices, technical failures, and an overwhelmingly negative business rating, which I asked the representative to address before proceeding further. He was unable to do so, instead repeatedly falling back on a page of compensated testimonials posted on the LearnDesk website.
All the flimsy responses provided over an exchange of several emails struck me as evasive at best or entirely misleading.
Sketchy at best. I would advise extreme caution before doing business with this company, for whose services there exist many more credible alternatives.Positive: They emailed me directly to discuss their products and services and the representative presented himself as a Senior VP, per his email signature, so he should have been able to respond meaningfully to basic queries.
Negative: The representative was completely unable or unwilling to explain or mitigate the many claims against LearnDesk, leading me to an extremely negative view of the company, as he evidently could not respond meaningfully to basic inquiries such as any reasonable person would require prior to entering into any business arrangement.

Very Poor customer service, company lacks integrity Date: Oct 08 2022
Summary: Disappointing. I would not recommend LearnDesk and in fact would go further and advise avoiding them.
Positive: Not much. I paid for a year to host my training programs. I didn't sell one course through this platform. I sell many of my programs without using this platform.
When it came to remove my ip from LearnDesk, the company was very unhelpful, took days to reply to my emails and refused a refund of my second year subscription even though I informed them to not take the payment.Negative: Lack of integrity and honesty by senior leadership at LearnDesk. Beware automatic payments being taken by LearnDesk and no warning in advance of those payments.

Summary: I lost 2 weeks of really trying to make it work and fit the promises they make while trying to sell the product.
Save yourself some time and go look somewhere else.
Oh... by the way, they say that these reviews are FAKE!!!Positive: I signed up because of the features they explain at their onboarding calls, practically every question you ask is a "Yes, we can" response.
Until the time comes to implement and upload your content.Negative: There is a mismatch between their sales team and their support team. I proved with a live video that the price they were showing on google was 10% below the price they were offering at the onboarding calls only to offer a 10% discount.

They want you to think that it is a company with 20,000 clients (they brag about that) but when you ask for a refund because their accountability doesn't match my values and principles of customer service, they deny the refund. Go to your bank and start a dispute - THEY WILL RESPOND. -

LearnDesk Is A Scam Date: Aug 14 2022
Summary: See the above, a HUGE waste of time. No customer support. No possibility to terminate or delete my account. No customer support. No possibility to end subscription?? IT'S A SCAM.
Positive: I thought it was a good priced product but there is NO customer support. So all in all there is nothing positive about LearnDesk.
Negative: Everything. Hidden costs to be able to upload my course. Zero replies when I ask a question, I have wanted to delete my account for two months and I have had zero replies from them. They keep sending out emails but I wonder if there's maybe only two staff? There's no option to end the subscription or to be able to delete my course and remove it from LearnDesk. I think it's a scam.

Summary: I subscribe 1 month back with Indian rupees 6000 after one month there was no response at all. So I started asking them about the reason of it so they blocked me by everywhere on WhatsApp, calls, they didn't reply to me properly with solutions and finally LearnDesk unsubscribed me without giving any intimation and any reason. I am asking reason for but they are not replying and not refunding my money after many requests by me. I am going to make a fraud complaint against LearnDesk.
Positive: Nothing. It's a fraud. Nothing to like. Not giving service properly. They do not answer any of your questions. They don't give a solution.
Negative: Everything. All services are the worst. If you ask for someone they ban you.

POOR SUPPORT, NO MARKETING Date: Jun 29 2022
Summary: Asked for refund and recompense based on botched tech support and non-payment of income that I generated, but have been stonewalled.
Positive: Initial promises. Site looked ok. I have nothing else good to say about my experience so I'm just typing fill.
Negative: Wrong tech advice. Completely messed up my Scheduled Events. Would not issue a refund, did not recompense me for my completed class. Farmed-out tech support is in heavily accented English (hard to understand) and not well trained. Terrible experience. Stay away.

Do Not Work with LearnDesk Edited: Jun 19 2022
Summary: LearnDesk is a business front and a predatory model. Do not work with them if you are a coach. They do not deliver and are just looking to rope you into their own courses.
Positive: Looks legitimate on face value. Customer service is relatively responsive. Platform is clean looking.
Negative: This seems to me like a lean, one man operation probably with a remote team for admin work. He pitches coaches to join at a "premium" level to promote the courses, but afterwards they do no promotion. The premium level is $150 as of 2022, and after paying it last year I literally saw 80 total views on a combined almost 100 hours of content that I published to the platform. Instead of seeing their lack of follow through and wanting to maintain the business, they blame me and my content - when I followed everything they said regarding pricing and had their own team upload my courses so they were done to standard. For reference, on one platform the same course has sold over 4,000 students because it was promoted.

Meanwhile you get regular emails from them to sign up and pay for additional courses from THEM and webinars on how to sell and be successful, etc. - but the whole reason you pay is to get exposure. I am not paying so I can learn how to sell my courses (which I already do). I am paying for exposure, which every coach needs.
They are basically running this platform to recruit coaches into paying a premium membership and then running the rat wheel where THEY coach you. It's total nonsense and a farce. The actual platform is horribly slow and ineffective, and they do not deliver because ultimately they don't care. They are just in the turnover business of getting as many people to buy their memberships and webinars as possible and there is an endless supply of fool coaches who are desperate to market their content.
