Summary: I very much enjoy using Kudos to praise my co-workers for a job well-done. I also enjoy receiving Kudos as a special recognition for my hard work and then being able to redeem them for gift cards is very satisfying!

Positive: I like the convenience of Kudos in that it is easy and quick to send recognition to a co-worker who did a great job. I like the specific tags that you can include to quickly show admiration in one specific area. Most of all, I like the variety of real rewards that can be redeemed. Gift cards from all types of places nation-wide can be redeemed with your Kudos points and there is something for everyone!

Negative: I love the concept and don't have any complaints! My co-workers have found difficulty in remembering to give out Kudos but I think this is something that will just have to be worked into the daily system of how we do business.

Summary: I am extremely satisfied with Kudos and always encourage my coworkers to participate in activates that will award and to give Kudos points.

Positive: There are many things that I like about Kudos! First it is nice to be recognized by the administration and coworker on a job well done. It encourages me to always give my best. It is an easy platform to give Kudos to my coworkers when they also go the extra mile. Lastly there is a great selections of gift cards to choose from to cash in the Kudos points from.

Negative: I do not have any complain for Kudos. It is easy to use. Simply select the gift card you are interested and with in minutes you will receive an email with the rewards link.

Summary: As a leader and colleague, I love the engagement I see between all levels. It has created a more collaborative culture on my team, but also across the entire organization. I always like to see not only how many Kudos people have received, but more importantly, how many they are giving... very telling of the kind of leader someone is or could be!

Positive: This program/platform makes it easy to appreciate colleagues. Super easy to use & very engaging. I love to watch the Kudos wall and see the interaction between managers and their employees, colleague to colleague, and employee to manager. It has created a community and culture of appreciation so badly needed in this remote work atmosphere. Our teams have reminded each other to give Kudos and we have made it part of training and onboarding of all leaders and new employees.

Negative: I wish there was an app with reminders. I would like to have easy access for all users, even when they are not at their computers.

Summary: Excellent. I simply enjoy it.

Positive: I love the Kudos concept. I think it's wonderful and I love that it works even if you've run out of Kudos to give. It really helps people like they did a good job.

Negative: I think the UI needs to update if a product goes out of stock rather than making the user discover that fact the hard way.

Summary: I can get rewards for almost everything I use in my day to day life. Be it groceries, gadgets, clothes, anything and everything. Hence, the points that we earn through Kudos holds real money value.

Positive: Its conversion value is the best. I have used many recognition apps, however, Kudos gives the most appropriate exchange value in your local currency along with a satisfaction of being recognised for your work.

Negative: I have Kudos app in my phone too but it does not allow me to redeem in my local currency through the app. It would be great if that can be fixed.

Summary: Kudos is the best tool any Human resource manger can use to recognize outstanding employees where by the accumulated points can be converted into gift vouchers.

Positive: Easy to use and does not require a VPN connection to access. All you need is an active internet connection. It is the best way of recognizing hard working employees which boosts their morale. You can turn the accumulated kudos points into gift vouchers that can be given to the employees. Kudos tracks the employment history of your workers and usually sends you notifications on their employee anniversary or birthdays.

Negative: You must be a member of an organization to use the service. This means an outsider cannot use Kudos to recognize an employee hard work.

Summary: Overall experience is excellent. ease of using the tool, sharing recognition and encouraging people with eye catchy rewards.
i like the tags also, exceptional, excellent etc which defines the kudos values.

Positive: I like the ease of giving kudos by selecting the people whom i need to recognize and share the relatable tags basis the recognition makes my tasks easier in describing the recognition. as soon i post the recognition it gets posted within minutes which indicates the site is smooth and fast in uploading posts.

the like comment section is also good with right emojis installed in it.

i like the notification coming in the email when someone tags for giving recognition, which keeps me updated.

Negative: There are no cons, as every feature has its own benefit.

Summary: I am a Kudos user and when I tell my friends working elsewhere of my company implementing Kudos - they're all jealous! Kudos is a great way to make thanks and appreciation feel tangible, and that is especially important in a world where work environments are global and people work remotely. It's a nice and meaningful way for companies to show thanks and reward collaboration in their employees, aside from the traditional methods. I cannot remark on the pricing of Kudos as I am not sure what it costs.

Summary: The Kudos website is very easy to use and navigate. While I wish there was an option to zoom in/enlarge the pictures, overall the Kudos website has a great user interface.

Summary: Enjoy the ease of use and the overall layout of the website interface. I find the ability to add gifs along with the message to be pretty playful and makes it fun to use.

Positive: Creative tool to show and share the appreciation and hard work of coworkers. Great means to build dialogue with others.

Negative: Could work on making the phone more user friendly.

Summary: I like the rewards system its nice to be able to give your coworkers a nice little incentives. Adding up your points really make the rewards all worthwhile. :)

Negative: It would be nice for one to actually choose the qty of kudos to give instead of the 5/10/20/50 increments.

Summary: I have used Kudos for awhile now and it makes me feel even more appreciated as an employee by my coworkers and my leaders as well as my superiors.

Positive: Easy to maneuver the site and to give a kudos to a coworker or supervisor or anyone within our system. Also Kudos has a great many places to use our rewards which is awesome.

Negative: There really wasn't really any cons for the use of Kudos. It really is quick and simple and easy to use.

Summary: Kudos are a great! I love to tell others to use Kudos if they currently aren't. There's no reason not to.

Positive: I love being able to encourage others. This is a fun way to do so. I can give positive feedback in a safe environment. Anyone can see what has been said about others which gives the Kudos a little extra "kick".

Negative: There's really nothing I don't like about Kudos that I can think of.
