Summary: I find Kudoboard to be a useful tool for recognizing team birthdays, work anniversaries and other accomplishments in our mostly-remote environment.

Positive: + Easy to set up a board
+ Easy to add and invite contributors
+ Lots of backgrounds from which to choose
+ Fun GIFs and images
+ Board tracking and reminders

Negative: - Expensive for number of active contributors
- Can become repetitive when used year over year

Summary: This is my go-to when a colleague has a birthday, life event (baby or retirement) or just a simple "thank you for being awesome". The platform is easy to use, gives you several options to share so others can interact and provides a way for the recipient to give their thanks.

Positive: Easy to Use.
A lot of variety for different occasions.
Fun options to sign (GIFs, images and emojis).

Negative: The only "con" I can think of is that you can't customize the font. That would be a neat addition if you can change the color of the font and pick the style that you'd like.

Summary: I guess, how is it really different than people just posting to a Facebook wall? I have gotten feedback from others on that.

Positive: Video, easy to share link and collaborate with others, automatically sends it, clean looking interface.

Negative: Cost, it would be helpful for the app to automatically send reminders (maybe that exists but I do not know).

Summary: Overall I love Kudoboards! I should have purchased the subscription. I didn't realize how easy and frequently I would use them. For work purposes we use them monthly!

Positive: Easy and intuitive.

Negative: Board selection limits - if you have 1 person over the limit to sign the board you need to buy the upgraded board which then has more people available to sign which isn't needed. Would like to see smaller number ranges for boards with equivalent purchase pricing.

Summary: I have been with my company a little over 6 months, and Kudoboard have made it easy to connect with my fellow co-workers as well as showing my personality! We have gotten to celebrate birthdays, retirements, promotions, etc!!!!

Positive: I love the ease of creating our boards for our associates. I am able to choose backgrounds to match the occasion, upload GIFs, pictures, etc, as well as adding messages. As a creator of our boards, I am able to choose when to deliverer the boards and if not opened in a timely manner, Kudoboard will notify me with the link to the board, so I can send it directly to the recipient.

Negative: There are no cons to this easy way of posting celebrations!!!

Summary: Overall experience is positive. Easy application to set up and use. Easy to deliver to recipient when you choose.

Positive: Super easy to set up, love that you can schedule delivery to recipient, lots of background choices depending on the occasion.

Negative: There hasn't been anything negative about using this product.

Summary: Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. People who have been receiving these really enjoy them, and it's a nice way to celebrate them.

Positive: Kudoboard is vey well put together; it is very easy to use, has several different templates to choose from, and enjoyed by the people who send.

Negative: I wish it had a more robust free version, but understand the rationale.

Summary: Overall, we rely on kudoboards within our organization quite often. The team loves contributing to them because it allows them to search for their own memes or puns. The boards can be saved or printed as well. For what it does, pricing may be a little steep for some individuals/orgs out there.

Positive: The kudoboards are so fun to contribute to. You can search memes, or any graphic or gif, to personalize your message. This allows you to make humorous and punny contributions. The kudoboard is easier to distribute among the team for others to write than passing around a physical card. It's very straight forward to use and we love it!

Negative: Some of the gif graphics are really pixelated, I wish the quality could be better. I also wish there were a wider variety of gifs than the ones available (you see the same ones over and over after awhile). Pricing may also be a limiting factor for some teams/organizations.

Summary: Overall, the ease of using Kudoboard makes it enjoyable for everyone.

Positive: Kudoboard is a platform that has been an excellent way to express our appreciation for our colleagues, our team is spread out to different countries so having one channel for everyone to collaborate is really nice. we can also customize it to represent the likings of the person who will receive the board.

Negative: Sometime i forgot to set when the board will be delivered, I hope there will be a feature in the future to have this as an required field of at least a prompt so that we won't forget.

Summary: This has been a great shift from physical cards to kudoboards in our workplace. There are more people able to share their messages with each other in the workplace and the recipients are still able to download and save these messages for future review and memories! Love it!

Positive: - Easy to use

- With a hybrid work environment, it’s so much more convenient to deliver a Kudoboard rather than a physical card to the recipient
- Many more colleagues are able to write messages electronically throughout different departments

Negative: - Cost is slightly higher than buying a physical card.

Summary: We love Kudoboards - with our team all over the country this is a fast and efficient way to recognize folks in a cute and special way.

Positive: SO easy to set up, lots of options, and a great interactive way to reach my colleagues and employees! Cost effective as well.

Negative: N/A - product is fantastic. Even wracking my brain I cannot think of anything where I have thought "If only it...."

Summary: Kudoboard is great. It has allowed our remote team to send meaningful birthday and farewell messages to our team members. We look forward to receiving them and the ease of use is great. Lots of joy when they are received by our team.

Positive: We love the ease of the platform and how colleagues from all over the US can collaborate on a birthday dedication of a colleague.

Negative: I don't have anything bad to say about Kudoboard. The platform works as designed.

Summary: 10/10 kudoboards have always done exactly what they are meant to and everyone always loves receiving them!

Negative: Honestly haven't found any cons yet! Maybe a little pricey??

Summary: Kudoboard works great for teams working hybrid or remotely. The user-friendly features make it simple for colleagues to add their personal notes.

Positive: Quick and easy to set up. Thoughtful way to celebrate any occasion. Easy for colleagues to use.

Negative: I wish it had a couple more background options and gif features.

Summary: We have explored other ways every year to celebrate our individuals on their anniversaries and welcome our incoming new associates. Each time we keep coming back to Kudoboard is our best solution.

Positive: This has been a huge morale booster post-Covid as it allows our teams to still celebrate anniversaries of their co-workers and often friends. The once office celebrations are now done online and in a more memorable way where associates have printed them off or gone back to and referenced at another time.

Negative: It would be great to have the ability to load in our entire associate staff and their anniversary dates. From there have it auto send an email to all staff members whose anniversary it isn't seven days prior encouraging them to post a message / gif on that individual's page.
