Summary: I tried different coin trackers. From my point of view Koinly has the best all-round package. Here is a possibility for free to connect Koinly to different wallets and exchanges with automated API and track coins.

The feature to create tax reports I did not used until now, but I will start with it in 2022. The plans are fear.

Positive: Koinly supports a lot of different tokens and coins. So far, all my coins are supported.
The transaction overview is one of the best. It is very easy to check, change and handle each transaction.
The build in search function is very good to find specific transactions and to find the full traceability for one or more tokens.

Negative: I did not find any Cons so far.

Maybe the design of the page can be improved:
1. so that the informations of buy and sell orders in a chart for a selected token can be showed.
2. so that the information of how many coins can be sold without tax for a selected token can be showed.

Summary: Great experience, which saves a lot of time and give you a sense of peace regarding your taxes. Highly recommended.

Positive: Easy to use and setup.
Saves a lot of time in terms of adding transactions and calculating loss/profit.
Automatic updates on new transactions when a wallet/exchange is connected.
REALLY helpful support.

Negative: Some terms can be confusing in the beginning, but the guides and support are very helpful.

Summary: Portfolio tracking at is finest. The support team is great. Once we get the daily updates / notification functionality added it will be pretty complete.

Positive: I really like the ease of use and how it does portfolio tracking. The support team is amazing as well.

Negative: Auto daily refresh not working yet. But, the devs are working on this functionality.

Summary: These guys are so proactive, i tried 3 other crypto tax companies before Koinly and all 3 were a nightmare.
The Koinly guys reply to every email (and I've sent literally hundreds) within 24 hours at most.
They have helped me in so many ways... I am not tech savvy and they are so patient with me.
Their software is pretty easy to use even though i am not tech savvy.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Positive: Ease of use, i tried 3 other companies who's software was more complicated.
Response time is excellent.
They are patient with me even when i don't understand something.
Very reasonable price.
No limit on how many questions or emails i ask / send.

Negative: Sometimes software could be easier, but they always updating and making easier.

Summary: I had straightforward honest responses to all my enquiries. Everyone was willing to listen, to try to understand my problems, to explain and to action what was in my best interests. I received apologies for not truly understanding what I meant. I felt everyone cared about doing their job well and they also truly cared about the people with whom they were interacting. Thank you. Makes you feel we're a great human race.

Positive: Gave me a full report to give to my accountant.
I had very positive interaction with Koinly staff.
Yana and Karim are worth gold. Staff every company should have. I knew once I was talking with them that they would find a way to help me. Yana took me so many helpful steps and then I got moved on to Karim who was amazing.

Negative: I didn't like the time difference between Australia and USA. But there's nothing I can do about that. I always knew Koinly support would get back to me and would always take me another step forwards towards the best possible result. Thank you again.
It took some considerable time being the first time, but it was time well spent with helpful people.

Summary: My expert review was done by Yana who has done an excellent job in fixing my transactions, I was not happy with the fact that there is no option to talk to the reviewer initially and I have not received emails in the first week (as the mails were going to my spam folder) however my experience got improved after I started getting review comments and working towards solving issues in the transactions. I would give 5 stars for the expert review done in my case.

Positive: Expert review package worth the money and the reviewer done an excellent job in fixing my transactions.

Negative: There is no way to talk to the reviewer (Except emails/chats).

Summary: Very happy so far, didn't give 5 stars as there's always room for improvement but Koinly genuinely seems to be rolling out new features and asking their users what they want. The whole industry is 'early' so if things like NFTs in your portfolio can be fiddly, that's just things to work on. Customer service is very helpful.

Positive: Wide number of wallets, blockchains etc and more added steadily. Many things are automated where possible using API or pub address etc. Customer service helpful, as are the many help articles/videos. They ask users for requested features/upgrades and work on them as they can.
Can tailor the tax treatment per a few countries and whether personal, business, etc. As for tax, eg for businesses, I know that many tax authorities in various countries are still working out what to do themselves, so it's complex! So again, 'we're early' and there are teething issues generally (not Koinly specifically).

Negative: Customer service can take a day to reply, but that's not too bad comparatively, just need more staff I guess! Would like more features (eg more automated NFT transaction/value import) but they are working on them anyway, just takes time.

Summary: It took a lot of work getting transactions in order. Not as simple as syncing exchanges and importing CSVs to be ship shape however once you are setup you realize what a life saver Koinly is. Once you are familiar with the interface and options (which doesn't take long), it becomes a breeze.
Of course there will always be occasional issues but Koinly support understanding and patient, ensuring they get your issues resolved in a timely manner.
I tested 2 or 3 similar solutions and I found Koinly the best.

Positive: Excellent UI.
Shows Total Value, Cost Basis and Unrealized Gains in Dashboard.
Good selection of exchange API support for sync of transactions.
Ability to add and edit transactions manually.
CSV imports works well.
Great support for Wallets, Exchanges and Blockchains.
Accurate price tracking
Wide range of downloadable Tax reports to provide to accountant as well as a quick summary view to see your current status.
Includes unlimited wallets and exchanges which can be added
Excellent support.
Good value for money.

Negative: The dashboard breakdown view doesn't have an option to select Tax year dates.
Auto Sync does not seem to work. You will need to click Sync manually.
Koinly can't sync some chains so you will need to add transactions manually.

Summary: Overall, I'm happy with Koinly. It's reassuring that there are regular updates to the software. And, suggestions by users are often acknowledged by Support and considered for future implementation to make the software more competitive.

Positive: Nice interface, especially Transactions section, and easy to use (nice API integration for many wallets, merging of transactions, soft deletes, error checking). Competitive pricing. Ongoing updates to add new wallets and services. Accurate token price feeds and tax calculations. Good support and many useful Tax Reports.

Negative: Missing 2FA for logging in. Lacks features on dashboard to show holding values/costs for previous periods of time (i.e. past tax years). Inability to lock/unlock past tax year data to safeguard prior years tax calculations. Some Tax Reports could use more details relating to individual wallets.

Summary: Very satisfied with the response and would evaluate in more depth once I complete my tax preparation. I have been able to resolve any perceived issues as of today.

Positive: Enjoyed the prompt reply from Yana. She was professional and provided detailed feedback to resolve my issue. Thanks and I have been a customer of your tax service since 2021.

Negative: Would appreciate phone support but do understand if this is not possible to volume of inquires or does not fit your business model.

Summary: Good design, easy to use, but the team must be more proactive with communication with clients.

Positive: Easy initially.
Works well with Binance, eToro and other exchanges.

Negative: Zero support from the team.
Revolut Sync works only for a few weeks back.
Revolut Import from the file pulls generic data, which needs to update manually.
Similar issues on the "help" website without any replay going back years.
Expensive.
