Positive: The main advantage is that it segments a formidable amount of users to apply promotional and marketing methods. It has email autoresponder tools that we can pre-build and import to your database to automate customer relationships.
Negative: However, it does not offer customer survey options to determine what their needs are and to target our opportunities with them. On the other hand, to have a greater scope of access to contacts in your database you must pay subscriptions that depend on the number of users provided, but their costs are very high compared to other applications.

Summary: A very powerful email marketing platform, good templates and sequences as well as integrations with platforms like Shopify. However given the strength of the platform it is expensive.
Positive: A powerful email platform, their templates and starter flows are good to get started with initial email sequences. Their editor is pretty good and I like their integrations into Shopify for things like coupon codes, cart abandonment emails etc.
Negative: Can sometimes be a little bit hard to use and setup, but once you understand the nuances it is fine. The platform is expensive based on newsletter subscriber volume as compared to other platforms, in some ways it may be best to hire someone to manage it to get the most value out of it.

Summary: Overall, Klaviyo is very easy to use and is very useful for the agency that I am interning for. I recommend using this software when designing templates such as creative emails.
Positive: I love Klaviyo. It has been very easy to learn and is very convenient. With being an intern for an advertising agency I 100% recommend this software.
Negative: I've run into problems when making creative emails and incorporating certain gradients of colors.
