    Great for Apple device management

    Date: Jul 24 2023

Summary: Kandji is undoubtedly a game-changer in the Mobile Device Management (MDM) space. Its sleek and intuitive interface, combined with powerful security features and automation capabilities, make it an outstanding choice for managing our Apple devices. The platform has significantly streamlined our device management process, allowing us to focus more on driving productivity and less on technical maintenance. Despite a few minor shortcomings, Kandji's exceptional customer support and continuous improvements make it the go-to solution for any organization looking to manage their Apple devices effectively. Without a doubt, we give Kandji a solid 5-star rating and highly recommend it to businesses of all sizes.

Positive: Exceptional User Interface: Kandji's interface is a masterpiece of simplicity and functionality. Setting up and managing our devices was a breeze. Even for team members with limited technical expertise, navigating through the platform was intuitive and straightforward.

Robust Security Features: We have complete peace of mind knowing that our devices are secure and compliant. Kandji offers a wide range of security features, such as encryption, two-factor authentication, and compliance enforcement, which ensures our sensitive data remains protected.

Effortless Deployment and Configuration: With Kandji, deploying and configuring applications, settings, and policies across our fleet of devices is effortless. Its automation capabilities have saved us significant time and effort, allowing us to focus on more strategic tasks.

Comprehensive App Management: The app management features of Kandji are top-notch. We can easily distribute, update, and remove applications seamlessly. The ability to manage both native and third-party apps from a single platform has made app deployment a breeze.

Outstanding Customer Support: Kandji's support team is one of the best we've encountered. Their response time is rapid, and they always go the extra mile to resolve any issues or questions we have promptly.

Negative: Pricing: While Kandji offers a feature-rich platform, it might be on the higher end in terms of pricing. Smaller businesses or startups with tight budgets might find it a bit expensive. However, the value it provides justifies the cost for larger organizations.

    Buyer Beware

    Date: Jun 24 2023

Summary: Kandji uses very predatory behavior to capture market share, then they fail to support the product and surprise you with 40% cost increases.

There are far better alternatives on the market today.

Positive: Kandji talks a good game. Their sales game is on point. They get you in the door with a slick dashboard and promises that everything works well.

Negative: Sadly, the reality is less than advertised. The tool fails spectacularly at times leaving users stuck with a locked up machine and zero recourse while your kanji administrators beg Kandji support for some kind of help, only help to be told, 'We have no idea how that happened!'.

After your first year, Kandji comes back with a 'renewal' that's 40% more than originally advertised and you're stuck migrating in a month or you get robbed while you look for a replacement.
