Summary: Great support. Easy to use. We have been able to use this application for real alerts and not minimal ones that could be via email.

Positive: What I like best about this application is that for a company that it has several employees were able to communicate easily at a time of emergency such as a hurricane, flood, thread etc.

Negative: Only downside is because email and other communication apps are still available it’s been difficult getting team on board.

Summary: Overall Konexus helped a lot to send notifications and alerts easily to a whole lot of different groups.
I would like to say once you use it you will love its functions and its speed of communication.

Positive: There are some pros like :
-It helps to communicate with a large audience very fast.
- Notification and alerts can be sent or received to a large audience in a very short time.
-Konexus provides you a very great service and are always willing to help their clients.
-Konexus provides you videos and tools to help you understand its uses.
-They always are willing to take suggestions and requests to make the system better all the time.

Negative: There are not many cons to mention:
-It could be more useful if Konexus integrated with other system.
-And it could be more customizable.

Summary: Overall I think it is a useful application which will help manage the communication during a crisis.

Positive: The application is easy to use and the Konexus staff provides amazing customer service. Konexus is open to making modifications when possible to fit the customer specific needs.

Negative: The Konexus application is easy to use, I would like more control to make changes in the online platform.

Summary: Overall, I have a great impression of Konexus and am excited to build a mass notification and emergency program with them.

Positive: Working with the Konexus team has been wonderful. They are so quick to get back with you and more importantly they take the time to help you. Communication has been the best.

Negative: Not a lot of cons at this point. I'm very pleased with their product so far. If there are gaps they are addressed immediately.

Summary: Konexus makes a good combo of security plus task management and keeps everything at check. It also helps in making people accountable for their tasks as management gets real time updates about assigned tasks of their team members.

Positive: Konexus is very helpful tool for teams at the times of crisis or when any security hazard happens. By using Konexus we get real time alerts for any arising problem and it also helps users to access critical data from anywhere and anytime even the user is offline.

Negative: The employees/users privacy is somehow compromised as being mapped and tracked all the time through this tool.
