    Product is great, its the sales & customer service representatives that are just awful

    Summary: Prior to signing a contract, sales rep was responsive and helpful though he lied about the package and would text different answers. After signing, asking for clarification or getting account help was nonexistent.

    Positive: Have love the ease of use and data that are provided. It has become exponentially more expensive than it is worth, but still not a deal breaker.

    Negative: Have some of the worst sales representatives and customer service people. How people treat you when you work for a large organization vs a smaller one is indicative of why Light Cast, or any other competitor is a better choice.
