Summary: It is a robust CRM and highly effective in all areas; it unifies everything we need to provide a better service to customers and increase sales. We have felt the change, and it is noticeable how everything has improved since we have this software at our disposal. Every tool it provides has benefited our sales force, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Positive: It is intuitive and easy to use, qualities I love about InStream. Its performance has been optimal within our organization. It is one of the best CRMs I have seen and used. It has been effective for customer relationship management, and its features have helped us make our brand more visible, attract a wider audience, improve customer service, drive sales, and more. Their customer service is quite good, always attentive and responsive.
Negative: We have not had any major inconvenience with this tool; it works very well. Whenever we have questions or requirements, the customer service and support team has provided quick and effective solutions.
