Positive: Excellent place to learn how to represent clients, easy to follow directions on responses, what notices mean and how to react to them. The best resource is directly asking questions on the FB page and getting amazing experience shared with you!

Negative: The only thing I'll say as a con is that there are other platforms that appear to be a little more updated and modern, but the activity and resources are similar. It just looks a bit dated.

Negative: We have had issues in the past with reports not working after business hours, but that hasn't been an issue in months.

Summary: For me, programs like this one always seem too complicated to me when I first get started. After using the program several times, I am getting used to it and it is taking me less time to get the results.

Positive: This program takes you form the entry of the data to the final results with all of the necessary information. The program can hold all of the backup data and forms for easy review and for communication with your client. All of the information and forms are at your fingertips for easy review and modifying, as you get additional information, without having to totally redo the forms.

Negative: I had trouble communicating with my clients as to how they could get the information and telling them what they were looking at.

Summary: It really doesn't matter if you have a problem. You just let David or Suzanne know, and it's fixed.

Positive: Smooth integration with parts of the program (invoices, forms, contact mgmt., and customer service.

Negative: Rather d/l files as PDF vs html. Easy fix though.

Summary: I've had members of my admin team send out signatures for TIAs and POAs and clients have been happy to use it, all without issue.

Positive: Easy for clients to use, easy for staff to send. Interface is clean and relatively intuitive. No big struggles in using it.

Negative: There's really nothing bad about it. Everything works as anticipated. It may not be as 'slick' as some options, but it's definitely professional-level.

Summary: I’ve been using IRS Solutions for my resolution practice, and I can honestly say it has been a game-changer. Summary: As a tax professional, I have found IRS Solutions to be an essential part of my practice. I appreciate how easy it is to pull transcripts and receive proactive alerts about my clients and their accounts. This feature saves me hours compared to handling everything manually. The interface is user-friendly, and customer support has been outstanding. Suzanne and her husband are very nice people. Whenever I have a question, they respond quickly and guide me through the solutions. Although the pricing seemed like a significant investment at first, the time savings and peace of mind have more than justified the cost.

Negative: If I had to nitpick, I’d say some reporting could be more customizable. Overall, IRS Solutions has streamlined my workflow, for which I am thankful.

It is a family run operation, so the owners are directly involved and accessible if you need any help, and they are invested in your success in tax resolution work and with the software. Great resources library included to include marketing kit. The owners are receptive to any suggestions you have for improving the software or adding new features.

Positive: Very easy to use, intuitive, with all the features you need for one price. The software allows you to save an enormous amount of time when doing this type of work.

Positive: Transcript retrieval and monitoring gives us fast access, automatic alerts, etc. that we find to be really helpful. We also appreciate the built in templates.

Negative: The UI is solid, but as we grow the firm I’d appreciate fewer manual steps in setting up new clients or importing existing ones. CRM integration would be a huge plus.

Summary: Like anything, this tool of the trade (IRS Solutions) is beneficial in utilizing my negotiation skills and know-how to dealing with the IRS.

Positive: The items listed e.g. ease, features, design, support, and pricing are all spot on. I've used competitors' software and they are all good, but with my career in tax services coming to a close, IRS Solutions was the perfect fit - in assisting me to getting the resolutions I needed and quickly.

Negative: If there's anything, it would be more to the technical aspects within the software. Without pinpointing, perhaps it's my laziness in looking for that certain bells & whistles in making things happen.

Summary: The other tax resolution software programs available are solid, but transitioning to IRS Solutions has been one of the best business decisions I've made this year. Not only that, but David and Suzanne Stone's personal interest in me as a customer and practitioner has been exceptional and made me feel part of the IRS Solutions family.

Positive: It's easy to learn how to use IRS Solutions. No 'getaway training seminar' required! From the POA upload, to transcript delivery, to the reports, IRS Solutions is an all in one tool. Add to that the resources, the marketing tools, and the continuing education credits available, choosing IRS Solutions was a cinch.

Negative: With all the tools available in IRS Solutions to grow my business, the one thing lacking is enough time to implement it all.

Negative: No software is perfect, and there are a few small features I’d love to see expanded. Some areas could benefit from deeper automation, and a little more customization around reporting would make it even stronger. None of these are deal breakers at all, but they are on my wish list as they continue to grow.
