Summary: With its AI to help understand contracts or manage a lot of contracts at once, it helps us beyond managing contracts. It is now our go-to place to get any contract or tenant-related information. Not to mention signing contracts and tracking milestones.

Positive: The platform is designed to help people who do not really need or like to work with contracts. Digital Signature is easy to use and has free standard eSignature and probably the cheapest QES on the market. It stands out for its straightforward user experience and intuitive learning curve.

Negative: There's not much negative to say, it works well even with older tenants who need to sign a contract once a decade.

Summary: Contract management is simplified, which helps me to keep track of all rental contracts. The QES enables me to finalise contracts more quickly and thus increase customer satisfaction. The platform also reduces the risk of errors in contract processing.

Positive: The best thing about INHUBBER is definitely the ability to manage contracts digitally and securely. As Head of Letting, I particularly appreciate the QES, which is significantly speeds up the process of signing contracts. This saves me time and simplifies communication with customers.

Negative: So far, I have not noticed any significant disadvantages when using INHUBBER.

With INHUBBER, we get all the key data of the individual contracts, including deadlines, via a dashboard. INHUBBER helps to understand and manage contracts accordingly.

Negative: One of our departments still uses SharePoint and DocuSign to manage contracts. This is highly inefficient. I'm glad we have the dedicated software with QES and AI and don't need three systems to work with contracts.

Positive: Two things that come to mind when I think of Inhubber: it's quick and easy. With Inhubber we have probably reduced the time from contract initiation to signature by 30-50%.

Negative: I'm not a power user, in my opinion it's easy to use and that makes it a good tool for people who only have to deal with contracts occasionally.

Summary: We often hire foreign employees and manage them on an ongoing basis. INHUBBER is mainly there to keep the recruitment processes fast. It helps to prepare documents for the Blue Card for foreign employees, and for freelancers it helps to keep track of milestones, payments etc.

Negative: There are still some grey areas, especially internationally, where eSignature or even QES can be used.

Negative: It would be interesting if more data was recognised by artificial intelligence.
