Great Info, lacking hands on labs Date: Jul 08 2021
Summary: Good for learning new topics and passing cert exams. Overpriced if you want hands on experience. More lans needed for the price.
Positive: The content of the videos is clear and most of the instructors are great with explanations. Good variety of material as well.
Negative: Not nearly as many hands on labs as one would like. Itpro.tv or Tryhackme have much better lab platforms

Decent Starting point Date: Jul 08 2021
Summary: Worth the buy, especially if you are getting a good deal out of it. If you are able to get 2 certificates in a year then it is worth it.
Positive: The course structure is decent and covers the basics pretty well. It covers a very large number of aspects which is good for a beginner.
Negative: The course is outdated. There are plenty of tools that are taught that are not being maintained now. Also, the labs are pretty old.

The most in depth training you can get that is Self Paced to date Date: Jul 08 2021
Summary: Best computer based training on the market for all my tech training needs. INE goes above and beyond to teach each subject on the exams and share real life packets to give you the proven in depth knowledge needed to become and expert.
Positive: I like how in depth the training material is. I also like the trainers very much. They are very informative and give you all the information you need to ace an exam.
Negative: The mobile site and app are very sluggish and sometimes unresponsive. Being able to watch the videos on the go is one my must haves and with INE's mobile site, it is hit and miss. Once I am logged in and on the correct video, i am able to move and continue watching, but at times it becomes difficult to get to that point (Menu button becomes unclickable, logging stuck on loading screen, things of that nature...).

Great training software Date: Jul 08 2021
Summary: Overall INE is great I have used them for both cyber security and data science and have found both to be awesome. Very well organized, good instructors, great exercises and labs, up to date information and technology. Definitely recommend to others.
Positive: The lessons are split up into manageable section and the lab environments are very well set up. The cyber security lessons are great. Just started on data science, which is a little less organized but still easy to follow along.
Negative: Some of the labs make it difficult to see if your answer is correct and you have to do it manually. And some sections are taught by multiple instructors which means they each design the course they are teaching differently. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

Review of Cybersecurity membership Date: Jun 05 2022
Summary: Learn from my mistake: choose something else that is cheaper and updated on a more regular basis. ELS supposedly went with the "INE model" to better update the training resources more frequently, but I have found this not to be the case.
Positive: I don't have any pros here. The interface is cool I guess. If you want to know about outdated tool/apps this is your best option. Most forums on the internet I browse suggest using updated options though.
Negative: - To expensive for what you get (i.e. outdated and old training materials)

- Labs had a ton of issues I had to go to support to fix. Support was slow to respond and usually didn't fix the issue
- Their logo blocks out important information in some of their videos. Logo doesn't even need to be in the video
- Much of the learning material is outdated and old or suggests using older tools instead of newer more relevant tools. The price would be easier to digest if they gave up-to-date training materials in return.
