    Summary: Been a member for a number of years with Hubstaff, and have paid annually.

    Downsizing my team and wanting to cancel our membership; however - they're unwilling to offer any sort of refund.

    I suggested that they simply run the math to assume we were paying the higher monthly rate for the year, and refund us the difference - that way we have earned no discount, and if anything - they come out ahead for having gotten paid early.

    Nope - just flat out refusal. Shame - went from enjoying their software to feeling like a money grab.

    Oh well - better software out there for cheaper anyway. I wouldn't come back nor choose them if I were starting fresh.

    Positive: Good enough experience for the core product; does the job properly - so can't complain about any of that

    Negative: It's all good until you have any sort of debate about their pricing. Do not get the annual plan unless you can 100% use it every single year for the full year, including if you ever want to shut down your business.
