Positive: - collects a huge amount of information about how a user interacts with a web page, including heat maps and even an actual screen recording of their interaction
- offers feedback survey functionality to poll users
- easy to use UI

Negative: - pricing is a bit expensive for bigger sites
- while the JS loads asynchronously so as to not block page loading time, it does make the page run a bit slower on less powerful devices

Summary: Overall, Hotjar is always providing new data information for our company website whether that is views, interactions, comments, etc. There is always something new for us to learn our company page, which is so helpful.

Positive: Hotjar provides an easy way to see the views and interaction your website are getting. Even with being a "numbers person" I still enjoy this platform and how it makes it so easy to view the data provided. It helps my team and I understand what things need to stay the same on our website and what changes need to be made.

Negative: So far I haven't found any cons, but I am newer to the platform.

Summary: Love it! It is handy and I've never used something that gives us the insight that it brings to the table. The recordings of user experiences with the site have really helped us fix issues.

Positive: It is easy to use and the recordings were eye-opening! We would show recordings of users struggling with certain aspect of our large site to committee members, and everyone was amazed. We use those results to not only implement need change, but visual proof to justify those changes.

Negative: None that I can think of - it has done so much for us in a short time.

Positive: The heatmaps and recordings are user-friendly, meaning that everyone can understand what they're seeing without advanced training. The feedback and survey tools are extremely reliable and feature-rich too. Implementation is super-easy.

Negative: It would be great to see the data in real time, perhaps even for recordings. The tool satisfies our needs to full extent nonetheless.

Summary: Hotjar offers visual analytics of user behaviour through heat maps and session recordings. The heat map is a great feature which helps a lot to identify the most interacted section of the page which you can use to place call to action to increase the chance of conversion. It offers session recording option which is something like playing video of user sessions help in identifying the major road block user base is facing and studying the user behaviour on your website. In all, I am very much satisfied with it helps a lot to study the user pattern of the visitors.

Positive: Hotjar offers best of the class visual analytics through heat map. it is a great tool to study the user behaviour of your visitors and helps in deciding and placing the call to action buttons on the most interacted section of the page. The integration part is very easy for most of the website and one bonus with it- doesn't affect the page loading time.

Negative: It is one of the best and easy to use virtual analytics. No Cons.

Summary: Hotjar is visual analytics tool which visualize beautifully the user engagement on website. I love the Heat map and Visitor recording feature of Hotjar. The heat map feature allow us to know the most interacted part of the page. which helps in getting deeper insight of the expectation of visitors. There is Visitor Journey recording option, In this the hotjar make screen video with the movement of mouse and clicks. It basically enable us to understand the navigation issue, usability issue. It offers Polling option which is very helpful to know the intent of the visitors. Hotjar uses Asynchronous Java script which doesn't affect the page loading time.

Positive: Hotjar is Visual analytics tool for websites. It helps in monitoring how the visitors are interacting with the website. Its one of the few analytics tool which deals without use of numbers. It offers features -
