    Summary: Helpjuice is great, so simple to get started in. Been using it for a couple of months now and it feels like the only system I have used.

    Positive: Helpjuice is something we just switched into and it is amazing. So simple to use, great way to keep track of what is happening.

    Negative: Have not fully explored the whole system yet, but so far there are no complaints.
