    The wonders of HelmBot

    Summary: Very happy with this software and how it helps my business to run efficiently. It is so intuitive it makes training a breeze.

    Positive: Helm makes the day to day operations so smooth, allowing easy communications and task delegations with so much more. All while be super easy to train new employees.

    Best scheduling software of our time

    Summary: Modern, clean, very easy to use, great-looking, neat and non-cluttered, stellar customer support, has all the functions I need for scheduling software, and if I have an idea of something I think could be added to the software it's easy to have a conversation with the developers to see if they would consider adding it. I demoed 5 other similar software programs and Helm was the best value and the best of all I demoed.

    Positive: For running a float center, it's the perfect software. Guests tell us all the time how easy it is to book appointments through the software without having to contact us. The customer support is stellar, usually getting a response to emails within an hour (often within minutes). It keeps great records of useful data and integrates well with Google analytics and Facebook Pixel. Setting up schedules and editing them if needed is very easy. Overall, it was very easy to learn and use and is the perfect fit for my business.

    Negative: There are a few things I didn't like at first, but customer support took my feedback and made changes. It's not that there were problems, but rather things that could be added to make the software even better such as internal waivers which they added. I wish I had more useful constructive criticism but I can't think of anything the software is missing or any problems I've run into.

    Great tool for managing your appointment based business

    Summary: I would highly recommend Helmbot to anyone looking to manage their appointment based business. It is easy to use and setup. They really make it easy. The customer service is also great as they are very responsive and take feedback and suggestions and act upon them.

    Positive: It has everything you need to manage your business. From POS to CRM, employee timesheet, shift scheduling, appointment booking and much more! It is easy to use and manage. The tool is easy to train employees on and there is even a built in guidebook for additional trainings.

    Negative: Mobile interface could use some improvements from a UX perspective.

    So many “Wow I love helm!” Moments!

    Summary: I'm absolutely in love with this software. It fixed a problem i’ve had for 8 years and I'm deeply grateful it exists!

    Positive: It’s so easy to use. Has incredible features for admins and for clients. Their referral program is incredible. Their task generator helps me run my business from anywhere. It’s just incredible software!

    Negative: There were a few functions that were hard to find at first but their support team is beyond amazing and helped me find everything fast.

    Summary: I couldn't run my business without HelmBot. I use it every day. Customer service is excellent and response time is crazy fast.

    Positive: HelmBot keeps my business organized, and functional. The customer service is exceptional. It NEVER fails.

    Negative: It's a loaded program, and it took time to set it up, but not too much.

    Great software for a float and massage spa!

    Summary: I am a big fan of Helm and use this software everyday at our spa. The developers are great and listen to suggestions, concerns, and answer questions in a timely manner.

    Positive: I really enjoy the layout and how easy it is to navigate. Tracking customer data, sales, etc is very important to me and this software does a good job of creating reports and displaying the data in an easy to understand way.

    Negative: The first year or two the functionality was limited to mainly just float spas but every day-month new features are added.

    Summary: It’s the best software for a small business like us! Well designed and easy to learn. Thanks tested our multiple software packages and it wasn’t even close.

    Positive: Ease of use for employees and even easier interface for clients. The customer support is top notch. I emailed a question this morning and within 30 minutes I had it all worked out with their support. Love that.

    Negative: Wish they had an app for smartphones. You can use a web browser on your phone to do everything and they have some really great text shortcuts to send giftcards
    out to clients but an app would make it even better.

    Summary: After using multiple client systems i highly recommend Float Helm, they're always listening to user feedback and improving features.

    Training was personal, user friendly and always available for new hires. Which is a great asset as a busy owner.

    The team is exceptional, the program is user friendly for clients and can accommodate different features for each practitioner.

    Positive: Ease of use, customizable, great customer service and training was seamless. Having moved from another system I was really impressed with the ease of the migration and how helpful the team was. Using the booking system for a few years now I couldn’t be happier.

    Negative: We’ve never had any issues with helm, aside from my own user error that customer service was quick to help resolve.
