    Garbage in Garbage out, but can be guided to very good performance

    Summary: The AI can make stupid assumptions for materials or project scope, like if you're building a new room, it will only quote drywall for one side of the walls, instead of both sides like is required.

    IT CAN AND DOES MAKE MISTAKES CHECK YOUR WORK

    Positive: If you can construct a narrative scope of work and write your own rules into the rules category you can get really accurate results.

    Additionally I've even had success with the software generating a complete Bill of Materials!

    It's fassstttttt and iterative.

    Negative: The AI can be fed the same information and deviate on outcome.
